About: I’ve taken care of dogs for friends and friends for the past 5 years. I am a full-time teacher, and I pet sit in my spare time! I am responsible and good at communing with pet parents. Also, I am used to dealing with high-energy dogs. I have a 2-and-a-half year old Goldendoodle! I am a full-time teacher. I am typically available to pet sit nights and weekends. During the summer, I am free on Wednesday and Thursdays! I will follow all specific instructions when your dog stays with us. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I can provide frequent walks if your dog stays with us! Our Goldendoodle is very friendly and would love to meet your dog before they stay with us.

About: I can't remember a time in my life when I didn't have any dogs around. I've learned how to take care of senior dogs while also being fortunate enough to have raised and trained a new puppy. I have experience with small dog breeds as well as large dog breeds. I currently work full-time, but I work from home! I am very active with my dog, constantly taking her on walks and to the park, always trying to get exercise when we can! There is a beautiful walking path next to where I live where I love taking my dog for a walk (on & off leash). I have a travel crate that goes with me on visits if needed as well.

“We found Nicole a few weeks ago, after bringing our rescue dog home. She has visited with him 1-2x/week and her visits have made all the difference! She is so kind and gentle with him. He has some quirks due to being an adult rescue dog. She sends very thorough updates and takes extra time with him. Since her visits started, we've noticed an improvement in his behavior and it helps break up the day while we're gone for work. We would absolutely recommend Nicole!”

A 'meet & greet' will ensure we are a good fit:) Photos and or videos will be provided to you everyday. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Looking forward to meeting you & your pet(s)! Thanks, ~M As a stay at home mom, with the kiddos in school during the day, I have extra free time to give the dogs the attention and quality care you seek in a pet sitter. Also my husband works from home, so the house is always attended👍 I have been fortunate to have met the most wonderful pet parents who now have been repeat clients for years. A favorite feature is our backyard, located on a one acre property is fenced in and it's as large as a small park, this allows for plenty of healthy exercise and fun play or simply chilling at a favorite spot. I walk the backyard every day to ensure there is no debris that can cause harm to the dogs. Also the yard is kept leveled so that there are no accidents when running. To make sure everyone is well hydrated, fresh clean water is accessible to the dogs every day at all times, inside of the house and in the backyard.

About: I have lots of experience caring for all kinds of pets! I’ve worked with trainers for reactive dogs (I have one of my own), and I also care for a senior cat with complex needs. I love all animals. Because I create my own schedule for nursing, I often have days and nights free for pet care! I have a car and can fit all sorts of animal care needs into my schedule. When caring for your pets, I will spend lots of time playing, giving them cuddles, and taking them outside when needed. I will make sure they are happy.

“This was our first time working with Raquel, and it went very well. She stopped by to spend an hour with our two dogs, Tate and Penny, well also feeding them and giving them lots of love. Amber watched our cat Loona and we couldn't asked for anyone better to take care of her! We came back to a happy Loona and our place honestly looked cleaner than how we left it. She even put our cat food order away when it arrived while we were gone. Would definitely book again!

- 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
