“David is a tentative and passionate animal caretaker. His home provides a safe haven for your pet. I will be certain to seek his service in the near future. Jacqueline”

“Patty was extremely thoughtful and sweet to my senior dog for a week stay. I didn't have to worry at all, and he came back nice and tired and happy. He even made a doggie friend during his stay! Plus, she sent me some really great photos of him.”

“Host is a good communicator and very time conscious. He sent in pics and kept us informed of how the pups were doing. We left our Husky and Lab babies with Brian. They had plenty of exercise in the back yard with other dogs, a total of 6 when we boarded ours. We would definitely rebook with him !”

“Craig was great with our 10-yr lab/spaniel mix. I could tell she had a wonderful long weekend with Craig and his lab. She was walked and spoiled. I feel fortunate we found Craig. We love our dog AND we know she can be high maintenance.”

“Yuiko and her lovely family took care of Bailey, our one year old terrier mix. Bailey was well taken care of and it was a pleasure working with Yuiko. We look forward to using her services again.”

“Juliana is one word..AMAZING!!! I have used rover many of times and have never felt like I found my person until I met Juliana. She says has not been doing this rover thing for long but it sure seems like it. I felt comfortable leaving my dog with her overnight. He came back to me the same way i left him. She responds quickly and also sent me plenty of pictures. I am for sure booking with her in the very near future. Thank you Juliana for keeping Melo safe.”

“Alexandra and family are always wonderful to my baby boy! But this time they go above and beyond! We left for a week. And unfortunately, he ran out of food. Alexandra and family cooked him homemade food, like I did with him! Just exceptional!!!”

“Our 7 month puppy spent spring break with Sarah and we could not be happier! She communicated daily with pictures and videos. Our boy is still learning his basic commands, and Sarah was able to help continue that training with him. We felt very much at ease leaving Otis in Sarah’s hands!”

“Christine is the best ! She deserves more than 5 stars. This was my first time leaving my boy Milo. I was full of worries and anxiety as most of us feel when leaving our precious little ones. But all those feelings were gone when I met Christine. She is knowledgeable and kind with animals. She sent me many pictures and videos. Communication was great. Her love for Milo made me feel at ease. Milo loves her too ! Will definitely use her services again .”

“Ben was so great!! Took amazing care of my baby doodle and sent multiple updates. He was always available if I had questions. He was so friendly and clearly cared for my dog as if it was his own. I will definitely use again!!”

“Stella was so excited to come back and visit Michell’s home again. She literally ran right inside after realizing she was going to have another stay. She came home happy and well cared for. It’s wonderful that we can leave Stella with Michell and know she will be content and loved during times away.”

“Felix was great with my dog nova. They made sure she was comfortable with the other animals in the house and stayed in communication throughout my trip. I have so many great photos from their walks and hanging out in the house. Felix is my first choice when I comes to Philly rovers”

“Chrissy is amazing to work with. I love her home away from home approach. She gathered information and details about Plum's daily routine. Her updates and feedback about Plum were fun and professional. Plum had a fantastic day. I never had to request an update or status. Chrissy sent timely updates. Chrissy is genuinely caring. We are so grateful to have found her.”

“When I first met Laura, I was impressed by how she handled my fearful and sometimes reactive dog. Her calm and confident demeanor and her caring attitude quickly won over Calvin. Within minutes of meeting Laura and her dog, Wally, Calvin was literally eating out of her hands. Laura not only gave me peace of mind during my vacation by sending me photos of Calvin and keeping me updated, but she also made Calvin feel safe and part of her family. I will definitely use Laura's services again!”

“Tucker had a wonderful time with Sam and Samantha. It was nice to know he didn’t have to be crated all day like the times he has gone to the kennel. We look forward to vacationing again some time and will be contacting them again in hopes that tucker could stay there again”

“This is about the 4th time that Kate has taken care of my precious mini Schnauzer. This was a 10 day visit. My Schnauzer is so warm and loving but she can be shy. She is very cooperative and loves Kate. She had not seen Kate for over 5 months and when we drove up, she gave a howl of recognition and delight. Needless to say, my dog pulled me into the house. We had a vacation and so did my dog. Kate is genuinely kind and caring. She sends me photos daily and does not hesitate to ask a question. However, Kate knows my dog so well (and dogs in general) and always has her best interest at heart. I know that my dog had a wonderful time with Kate. If you need a dog sitter in the Media area or for that matter, I suggest driving to have Kate take care of your precious dog. I knew Kate before I knew she was on Rover. When, she told me, I jumped at the chance for my dog to stay with her. I cannot stress enough how professional, caring, communicative and loving Kate is with my dog. I had a great vacation and so did my Schnauzer! You do not need to search, Kate is the best!!”

“Elizabeth took great care of my old boy for 5 days. Her consistent updates and photos made me feel such at ease knowing he was in good hands. She was also very flexible and great to work with. Would definitely have her watch Rexxar again. Thank you!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Newtown Square
George was amazing with my pup. My 5-lb Yorkie is quite anxious, but seemed at ease with George from drop off. I received plenty of pics and updates. My dog was quite relaxed at pickup, and George worked with me as I was a bit early for my pickup window. Would highly recommend - George really does seem like a "dog whisperer". 5 stars!

We had a great first experience boarding our dog at Yufan’s house. My dogs absolutely loved him and felt comfortable right away. He was also very convenient and flexible when I needed to add extra days to the stay. I really appreciated how accommodating and caring he was. Highly recommend!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
