About: I grew up with golden retrievers and treat my pets as my family. Know that your pup will be treated just like my own! My husband and I do this so someone is home with the dogs all day long. We have 3 little ones that love to go on walks and the park. Your dog gets to be their best self here and learn how to run with the pack. Lots of cuddles and belly rubs will be given with plenty of couch space and beds/blankets to nap on after hours of playing. We would love to have your doggo join the pack and have a fun vacation while you are away, even if it’s just a workday. We understand it can be a stressful time when you have to separate from your loved one; we will respect your pet, provide lots of high quality pictures, and treat them like family. I’m up at dawn with the dogs and go on walks/outings throughout the day. My husband works from home and I work evenings. I love going to Sellwood Park, Westmoreland, or Woodstock parks. I live in a secure apartment building with my husband and three little dogs, so we go on walks to the near by parks pretty frequently. If I’m coming to a client’s home, I can do house visits, go on walks, or take them to a dog park/hike.

One of the best Rovers we have ever used - Shana took such good care of our special needs dog and was also so thoughtful in our house as well (ex. put out the garbage because neighbors had set theirs out even though we forgot to mention it). It's clear that Sadie genuinely loves pets. She quickly built a relationship with two very different cats; identifying and embracing their quirks, and interacting with each on their own terms. I know this both because Sadie is excellent about providing updates and photos, and because of the way things felt on my return - if you're on Rover, you're a pet owner, and if you're a pet owner, you know what I mean. Sadie is also an excellent house sitter. She's conscientious and careful, and I trust her. The best review I can provide is this: I've already booked Sadie for two more house sits.
Kyle was great, he was punctual, and cared for our dogs like they were his own. We knew they were in good hands with him. He sent updates, and took them for a walk. Kyle was available for a meet and greet before which really helped calmed my anxiety. I 10/10 recommend.
Natalie came in clutch last minute when we needed a sitter for the weekend. She was one of the most communicative sitters we have ever had for our two dogs, a border collie and spaniel mix. She even left us a lovely note, stripped the bed and ran the dishwasher without being asked. We will use her again in the future!
Ashley was great! She took great care of my two Labs, cat, and fish while I was away. My pets were happy and relaxed when I got back, and everything was just as I left it—if not better. Lieren was a lovely house sitter and dog sitter for our 1 year old pupper. They even went on a little car adventure and we were sent the cutest pictures. We were in communication our entire trip as I am a bit of a helicopter dog mama as this was only the second time we'd left him in someone else's care. The house was in good shape upon return and our pup seemed well cared for and happy.
Nicholas is amazing and we feel so lucky to have met him! Nicholas took care of Frankie like his own dog. Walking her twice/day and sharing great photos from their walking adventures. He is reliable, kind, caring, trustworthy, and a great communicator. We were away for two weeks and Nicholas made it so easy. No worries for us or our dog - she had a great time and frankly was just as sad to see him go as she was happy to see us. We will be asking Nicholas to watch our dog in our home again soon.
I can’t thank Benjamin enough for helping me with my wild puppy Bunny! He’s knowledgeable, calm, and supportive. My little pup loved snuggling and relaxing with him and it really took a lot off of my plate! I’ll definitely be checking to see if he’s available when I need another booking.

Annie Joy is amazing. She took wonderful care of our two dogs and cat. She has house sitted twice for us. She went well above and beyond what was required, from taking the dogs for long walks to just cuddling in the sun. She even washed the bedding, watered our garden and cleaned the kitchen. It’s so nice to know now that we have a trusted house sitter and caregiver for our animals.
I am so grateful to Sparkle for taking such great care of our pooch and our home. I contacted Sparkle months before our 3-week vacation and we set up a few appointments to help Ozzie get comfortable and to make sure Sparkle was cool with him. All worked well and we had a great 3-week-long vacation! She was responsive and professional, and left us with a freshly vacuumed home and sheets in the dryer (I did not request this).
Melissa was absolutely wonderful with my high-energy Border Collie, Maverick. She took excellent care of him—providing plenty of walks, feeding him on schedule, and giving him lots of love and attention. Knowing he was in such good hands gave me real peace of mind while I was away. Maverick can be a bit stubborn at times, but he quickly warmed up to Melissa and her kind, patient personality. I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook with her in the future!
