I can't recommend her enough! She took incredible care of my dog and truly went above and beyond anything I asked. She sent lots of photos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind, and she left my house spotless. What really stood out was how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive - she noticed little things about my dog, asked great questions, and it was obvious she wanted to make sure he was as happy and comfortable as possible. She even set up his splash pad on a hot day without me asking, and the pictures of him having the best time absolutely made my day! I felt completely confident that he was in the best hands while I was away. It's clear this isn't just a job for her - she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every detail. Lena picked up a last minute house sitting request. She was easy to communicate with and took special care to support my pup in her post surgery recovery. Lena sent pictures and updates throughout her stay. My pup was happy and well cared for upon my return home and Lena also left the house in great shape. I highly recommend Lena for your pet care needs!
We had to leave our 6 month old puppy to attend a family rehearsal dinner and wedding just 4 days after his neuter surgery. Mckenna came to the rescue. She stayed with little Finn for 6 hours the evening of the dinner and 8 hours the next day for the wedding. She did a great job dealing the Finn's feeding, meds and potty walks. Things were complicated somewhat because he had to wear a cone collar, the "cone of shame". Mckenna was very responsive to our needs. Every time we needed to talk with her she got back to us in an instant. On the first night, we were running a little late and she cheerfully stayed an extra hour. We would definitely use Mckenna again.
Tatiana was incredibly responsive and provided regular updates of our puppy and cat. She also was able to help administer oral meds to our fussy cat and manage our high-energy puppy while leaving our house in a cleaner state than we left it. We’d definitely rebook with her.
