About: Hi there! My name is Stephanie and have ample experience and tons of love for dogs! We have rescued a few pups with varying personalities and support requirements from partial paralysis, fear-aggression and anxiety. I have experience in dog walking, boarding and administration of medications (our own pup takes meds daily). I do have a 2 year old toddler at home along with an 11-year-old dachshund mix so any boarding requests should take that into consideration and will be vetted accordingly! I do work from home so your love bug would get lots of attention !

About: Hello, I’m a mother of one, and we own a Siamese cat named Atlas. We had a dog a couple of years ago and he has since passed due to an accident and as we’re opening our hearts to the thought of a new member we’re also opening our doors to care for pets while we go on our own journey of finding our own Canine Best Friend. We reside in a a very safe- family friendly neighborhood.( Elgin, IL) Our cat; Atlas stays indoors and in his own room as he likes his privacy so there is no worries about anccidental ill encounters. Since I am a home-maker, a have a lot of time on my side. My regular routine with a toddler is very active in terms of going outside, going for walks, running etc and we wake up everyday with the same goal. “Be tired by the end of the day” 🏃🙏 Yard is UNFENCED. All dogs will be on their leash when playing in the yard. If they have an EXTENDED length leash, it’d be great for them to run around more freely!

“Becca took great care of Avery. She's a very energetic terrier with "little dog" syndrome and I worry about how well she will get along with larger dogs. Becca had the foresight to have a separate room prepared for Avery's meals, so there wouldn't be any altercations over mealtime, allowed the two dogs to get acquainted under supervision so they could set their own boundaries, then kept in touch with me & sent pictures to show the two dogs playing happily together. Avery came home happy & well loved and I was able to relax and enjoy my cousin's wedding. All in all a great experience.”

It’s so clear that Erika and Ryan love dogs, and it's wonderful that they now have their own dog. Even though Chuey wasn't quite sure about our dogs invading his space at first, they eventually got along and even worked out their snuggle time with Erika. Truly incredible ❤️ We needed a last-minute sitter for a 1.5 week trip. Makena was miraculously available and ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It’s always a little scary leaving your dog with someone you don’t know, but we did a quick meet and greet ahead of time and then Makena was amazing about sending photos and videos with quick updates over the course of the stay. Our dog was so well cared for and clearly felt loved and cozy in Makena’s home. I’m so so grateful and so sad this was our first and last time with Makena given we’re moving out of state soon. Any and every dog who gets to spend time with her (and her incredibly sweet dog, Bear) is so lucky! Our girl can be super anxious and shy but felt right at home from the very first day. Makena is awesome ❤️
