About: I’ve been a dog owner and animal lover for many years, so I understand how important it is to have someone you can truly trust with your pet. I treat every dog I care for with the same patience, attention, and affection I’d want for my own. I’m dependable, attentive to routines and instructions, and happy to provide walks, playtime, meals, potty breaks, companionship, and plenty of attention while you’re away. I also know how reassuring it is to hear that your pet is doing well, so you can expect thoughtful updates and photos during every visit. Whether your dog is energetic and ready to play or would rather have some quiet company and belly rubs, I’ll take the time to learn their personality and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. I work Monday through Friday from 8 AM–5 PM, but I have flexibility with my lunch break and can schedule midday visits as needed. I’m available for morning visits before 8 AM, midday walks or drop-ins, and evening visits after 5 PM. My weekends are much more flexible, allowing me to accommodate a variety of schedules. I’m happy to work with you to keep your pet as close to their normal routine as possible. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine will always be my priority. When caring for pets in your home, I’ll carefully follow your instructions regarding feeding, walks, medications, potty breaks, playtime, and any household routines. I’ll respect your home just as much as I respect your pet and make sure everything is secure before I leave. You can also expect dependable communication, detailed updates, and plenty of photos during each visit, so you’ll always know how your pet is doing.
About: Hi there! I’m Hailey — a lifelong animal lover and experienced pet sitter based in Sanford, Florida. I’ve grown up with dogs of all kinds, from energetic Boxers and Labradors to gentle Shih Tzus, Golden Doodles, and even Pitbulls. I also have a sweet cat of my own who’s been part of my life for nine years, so I understand how much love and attention our pets need to feel safe and happy. I offer dog walking, pet sitting, house sitting, and drop-in visits, always prioritizing your pet’s comfort and routine. I prefer to care for pets in their own home so they can stay relaxed in a familiar environment. I’m also experienced in administering medications: topical, oral, and even injectable. You can count on me to make sure your pet’s health needs are handled with care. While you’re away, I’ll also treat your home with the same respect I would my own: watering plants, cleaning floors, doing light laundry, and keeping everything neat and cozy for your return. You can count on me for reliable communication, regular photo updates, and genuine love for your furry family members. I’d love to meet you and your pets soon! 🐾 I am not currently working. I do drop in visits 4 times a day or I am able to spend the night with the pups. When I usually stay at the owners house I will have them write out instructions on how they want their animal taken care of and I will do just that as well as send pictures to make the owner feel more comfortable.

“My poodle instantly took to Briana which speaks volumes to me. My girl can be shy and hesitant to be taken by leash by others. I look forward to a ling relationship between us three.”

“This was our first time using Rover. After careful searching, we found Summer and she was very nice to come meet Oscar, and we could see they had a good match! Thank you Summer for taking care of Oscar and we’ll definitely be taking her help again!”

“Shirley is the best!! She always goes above and beyond for my senior dog making sure he is okay when I have to go out of town. She is so great with Hank - attentive, caring, loving. Everything you hope for when trusting someone to care for your pet when you have to leave town!!”

“Caitlin is wonderful. We were stranded out of town for 48 extra hours on our trip and she stepped right up, taking great care of our dog on those unexpected days. We always have a little anxiety leaving our elder dog and then to have extra days on top - but Caitlin communicates with each visit and provides photos so we can see our old girl is doing just fine. Thank you!!”

“Caralin was absolutely excellent taking care of our pets while we were away on vacation. My girlfriend and I are overprotective pet parents and have trouble leaving our loved ones home while away; Caralin went over above and beyond with her care of them and truly impressed us with the care and love she showed to our pets. We would be happy to hire her again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to family and friends. If you’re like us and worry about your pets while away, you can trust Caralin to make sure they’re happy and taken care of.”

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Wilson Place. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
