About: I grew up with large dog breeds my whole life. The first pet of my own as an adult was a 1.5 year old German shepherd/siberian husky mix with a lot of resource guarding tendencies. He has taught me so much about communicating with dogs and working around their comfort. I am used to walking a large, reactive dog with no trouble. I am also a new cat mom in the recent year and have a new love for felines too! :) I lost my job of 3.5 years and struggling to find something that fits into my life with my wife’s recent cancer diagnosis and treatment regimen. My experience with animals range from taking care of multiple cats including an older diabetic cat which I gave insulin shots. Allison took excellent care of my pets - dropping in multiple times a day and even going above and beyond picking up after there mini house renovations and bathroom stops outside!
