“Shirley is the best. Not only is she an amazing person overall, but she’s the best pet sitter I’ve ever had for my 4 kitty cats. I was shocked that my one cat, who is usually terrified of new people, let her pet him on the second day! She really has a way with animals. You can tell she loves and cares for them deeply. While I was gone I got daily updates and pictures most days. Shirley really went above and beyond to care for my cats. She went over twice a day and hung out with them, let them out on the patio (which is their favorite thing ever). She even helped take out our trash and brought our mail in, which she didn’t have to do. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!”

“Sophia is the best! She’s super nice and sweet, my wife and I love her! She’s punctual, respects our home, great communication, keeps you updated. Our boy Declen felt so comfortable with her. I highly recommend, she has been a life saver for us and will definitely work with again.”

“We were very grateful to have Jennifer's help with our three pets while out of town (an adult dog, a puppy, and a cat). We appreciated her enthusiasm to be there for our pets, be a presence for our home while we were gone, and it gave us a lot of peace of mind. She was very communicative and respectful of our home, and she took good care of our animals. Thank you, Jennifer!”

About: I've been pet sitting/dog walking for 6 years and I've been working in the animal industry for 9. I have worked in general and emergency medicine, as well as physical rehabilitation. I enjoy working with nervous pups who aren't sure of. I like building a safe and comfortable relationship they a can rely on. I am working part time so I can focus more on my pet sitting / dog walking business. My part time job is work from home so my hours/availability are flexible during the week. I always ensure that whatever harness/collar is being used for a walk is on correctly prior to leaving the house. I also will ask for any tips/tricks to know before going on a walk or watching your pet while you're away to ensure a happy and fun time.
“Hailey was so awesome! She treated our puppy like she was her own, and even taught her tricks and gave her special treats. Our dog was in great spirits and better behaved when we got back from our trip than when we left. Hailey even brought in our mail, took out our garbage, and fed our fish. It was so wonderful. We would have Hailey back anytime, and I’m sure our pup would love to see her. Thank you so much, Hailey!”

“Natalia was truly the BEST Rover sitter we could have ever hoped for. From the moment we left, she was incredibly communicative, responsive, thoughtful, and caring — and she treated our home and fur babies like they were her own. We have three dogs and a cat, and every single one of them was so loved and well cared for while we were away. One of our pups ended up having an unexpected flea issue and was super itchy while she was staying with them, and Natalia immediately stepped in and handled everything with so much care and compassion. She bathed all three dogs, made sure they were comfortable, and kept us updated every step of the way. It gave us such peace of mind knowing they were in such capable and loving hands. On top of taking amazing care of the animals, she went completely above and beyond with our home. She did laundry, swept, cleaned, remade the bed, and left the house better than we left it. You can genuinely tell she is the kind of person who respects and cares for other people’s space. Natalia is kind, trustworthy, attentive, responsible, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We felt so comfortable having her in our home and caring for the members of our family we love most. I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough. Anyone looking for a sitter who will love your pets deeply, communicate wonderfully, and care for your home with incredible respect should book her immediately. She is an absolute gem and we would trust her again in a heartbeat. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Mary was absolutely amazing! From the moment we left, she made us feel completely at peace about being away for a full week. She cared for my fur baby with so much love and attention, sending thoughtful updates and sweet photos that showed how well he was doing. You can truly tell she has a heart for animals — patient, gentle, and so attentive to every detail. Coming home to happy, relaxed dog was the best feeling. We are incredibly grateful for her care and would trust her again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend Mary to anyone looking for someone who treats your pets like her own!”

“Ben was amazing. He arrived early to make sure all we discussed prior was in order. Sent pictures while we were out and provided a full review of his experience with our pet in detail. Thank you Ben.”

“Eden was an excellent house sitter/dog sitter! We left our English bulldog with her for a week and couldn't have been more pleased. He had never been left that long with anyone, so we weren't sure how he would behave. Eden made sure he was comfortable with her , followed his usual routine, and he adjusted quickly. She kept us updated with texts and pictures, which I really appreciated. He seemed very happy and content when we returned. Eden took good care of our home, as well as our dog, and we will definitely use her again when the need arises. We highly recommend her as a sitter.”

“Ryeleigh did great with our poochies. She had to deal with an elderly, incontinent dog so I am very thankful that she was willing to help him. She communicated often and sent a pic of her walking Oskie. Thanks, Ryeleigh!”

“Rebecca is a wonderful pet sitter! She provided the best care to our fur babies. They can be a little skittish with strangers but she won them over quickly. I was so happy to see the photos of happy and calm pups! It helped us enjoy our time away.”

About: I am a very responsible, awesome, caring, young woman! Animals are a huge part of my life. I have been around dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages (and cats, hampsters, lizards, fish, etc.). I absolutely love them all! I will cater to all of your animals’ needs and I will treat them like they are my own. I have never met a dog or cat that did not love me back! Feel free to message me with any questions, concerns you have. Thank you! I currently work full time as a preschool teacher, therefore I am only available in the evenings and weekends. I will also be available on days my school is closed (major holidays). My home has a large fenced-in section for the dogs to run an play! I have all kinds of toys and healthy treats for both cats and dogs.

About: I’ve grown up around animals my entire life and have never lived in a home without pets. I’ve had four dogs over the years and have cared for many different types of animals since I was a kid. Animals have always been a constant part of my life, not just something I do occasionally. Throughout my life, I’ve also continually volunteered at animal shelters and farms, which has given me hands-on experience with animals of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. Currently, I care for a Great Pyrenees and seven cats, so I’m very comfortable with large breeds, multi-pet households, and managing different routines and personalities. I take pride in being patient, attentive, and dependable, and I treat every pet as if they were my own while keeping owners informed and at ease. My weekly schedule is finalized the day prior and can vary slightly, but my daily commitments are usually limited to a short portion of the day. This gives me flexibility and availability for consistent pet care. I communicate clearly once my schedule is set so routines are always maintained. I focus on creating a calm, safe environment and follow all care instructions closely. I respect pets’ routines, keep spaces clean and secure, and take a gentle, patient approach—especially with cats or shy pets. I also treat clients’ homes with care and communicate clearly for peace of mind.
“I couldn't be more pleased with the great job Sam did taking care of my cats for 2 weeks. He went above and beyond what was expected of him to make my cats feel loved and cared for. I highly recommend him and will definitely be hiring him again in the future next time I need a sitter”

About: I’ve been petting sitting since I was 13 from walking my neighbors dog while they were away for the day to feeding my best friends snake when she went on a 2 week vacation. Most days I am in a 9-5 role but there are a few days that I open at 6 am. I am open to dog walking, house sitting at home or dropping in multiple times a day. I have multiple cats. I feed them a both wet food and dry food, scoop their litter boxes at least once a day with a once a week clean. I live in a small place, while I am not able to board I will check on your animal multiples times if needed, make sure they get plenty of enrichment and loves.
Wilson Place pet parents share their Rover experiences
Hailey is a perfect petsitter! She really went above and beyond to make me and my dog comfortable. She sent great updates with photos and videos, and treated my dog like her own. Hailey did everything I asked for and more. I returned to a happy pup and a spotless house. 😍 Hailey is the best!!!

Aleena truly treated Teddy like her own (he even spent Thanksgiving with her family and helped decorate the Christmas tree)! She was super communicative, sent great updates / pictures throughout his stay and is an absolute GEM of a person. Highly recommend!! We will definitely be asking to work with her again.

Another great experience with Evelyn! She spent a week with our boy and kept us updated with a summary of the day and pics! I even texted her late at night when our neighborhood FB page said a dog was wandering our street. She responded very quickly with a pic of my boy safe and sound in the house. She is a trusted sitter for us we feel very lucky to have found her!

Trinity was absolutely fantastic with my 2 dogs. I have a Belgian malinois and a Staffordshire, 11 and 5 respectively, and both felt very comfortable around trinity. In the past my dogs would have nervous stomach problems with other sitters, but trinity made them feel loved and comfortable, and when we came back from our trip they were happy and loved. Trinity kept us in the loop the entire trip and respected our home and dogs like her own. Will definitely be hiring trinity again in the future.
