“Brianna was wonderful. Felix felt super comfortable with her and that’s a huge thing for a cat and for us as parents. Everything we asked was taken care of by Brianna!”

“Matt and Jaime were absolutely wonderful with my two dachshunds! I felt completely confident leaving them in their care, and it was clear from the beginning that my dogs were happy, comfortable, and very loved. They made sure they got plenty of playtime, attention, and lots of love. I was especially impressed with how clean they left the house, even though Athena unexpectedly started going into heat while I was away, which I was completely unprepared for! They handled everything so well, and I truly appreciate their patience and care. Thank you so much, Matt and Jaime, for taking such great care of my babies and for giving them so much love. I would absolutely trust them with my dogs again and highly recommend them! ❤️🐾”

“Summer was amazing ❤️ I had to find a sitter last minute and she was willing to rearrange her schedule to helps us walk our pups. I will definitely call her again for future dates. Thank you so much Summer ?”

About: I’ve always loved animals! I have two cats and two dogs of my own some younger and some seniors. I want to make people feel as secure as I would want to feel having someone looking out for my fur babies! I do work full time and attend school part time. However, both tend to be in the afternoon leaving me more than enough time to cater to and entertain you’re family pets in the morning before work or my full day availability when I am off! I start my day letting my fur babies out.I do have a fenced yard so I tend to allow my younger dog to roam freely however my senior dog does have trouble seeing so I tend to keep her on a leash as I let her out. I keep my eyes on both and once they let me know they’re done I prep both of their bowls of food. One with dry and one with both dry and wet portions. I continuously let them out throughout the day and finish my night with the same dinner routine as their breakfast!
“Joy is such a wonderful soul. She will be my go to person when available. She is accommodating and professional. I only wanted my fur baby to be fed and she did that and also cleaned his litter box and showed him love. Joy went above and beyond. Thank you”

“Morgan did a great job taking care of our outdoor neighborhood cats. She even managed to get pictures of them nearly every day. I can tell Morgan loves animals and genuinely cared about taking care of Vader and our sometimes porch cat Alexander.”

“Maricel is the absolute best! She is such a great communicator and makes sure to provide very detailed cards for each visit. I feel so much better knowing Maricel is taking care of my sweet baby while I’m away. I would highly recommend her to care for their babies!”

“Caitlin is wonderful. We were stranded out of town for 48 extra hours on our trip and she stepped right up, taking great care of our dog on those unexpected days. We always have a little anxiety leaving our elder dog and then to have extra days on top - but Caitlin communicates with each visit and provides photos so we can see our old girl is doing just fine. Thank you!!”

“Kathleen was wonderful with my puppy! Kathleen really went above and beyond and my puppy adored her. Kathleen is punctual, reliable, and great at communicating. I enjoyed cute pics and little videos. I highly recommend.”

“Shirley is so great with my old boy, Hank!! She’s always on time and makes sure to keep me up to date on everything so I don’t have to worry a bit while I’m gone. She really cares for my boy, goes above and beyond and I never have to worry about his well being in her care!”

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Catherine is - my cat Max loves her, and she is simply amazing with him. She always gives him so much attention and affection when she is caring for him. I love getting the pictures, notes and updates each time she drops in to care for him. He was comfortable around her from day one ; I have had her look after my fur baby several times already and I will be rebooking with her again. Thank you, Catherine.

Allison took excellent care of my pets - dropping in multiple times a day and even going above and beyond picking up after there mini house renovations and bathroom stops outside! She managed multiple feeding scheudles and meds. Our pets were stress free during our trip because of Allison's care. We will be continuing to book with Allison for our pet care.

Summer is our go-to sitter for our cats. We know they are being loved and cared for while we are away. She spends time playing with our high energy kitten and is patient with our older shy cat. Thanks again Summer for a great job looking after our two…it’s great to be able to get away and not worry about them. We most definitely will be calling on you again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
