About: The one thing that all my friends and family know about me is that I am obsessed with dogs! I have always walked my neighbors dogs growing up, taken care of dogs while house sitting or baby sitting, and have even assisted my old roommate in training and raising a puppy. I am working full time but with working from home I have the flexibility to walk dogs during the days as well as weeknights, and able to house sit on the weeknights and weekends due to the remote work schedule. My apartment is a pet friendly building and there is enough space for your dog to walk around and play. We also live right next to McCarren park where they can play and run around, and I love to go for walks and runs with dogs in the park as well!

About: Hello! Im from williamsburg and have taken care of various types of dogs from a great dane to a minature dachshund from my previous job at a doggy daycare. I was charged with watching over 20 dogs everyday while feeding them, administering/applying medicine, keeping them entertained and maintaining a clean space for them. :) Im currently unemployed so ill happily dedicate my afternoons towards your pets! Im available during weekdays after 1:00pm and I highly encourage any pet parents to reach out if they would like to plan something beyond my preferred hours. How i interact with your beloved pets all depends on the needs of the dog and preferences from the owner! For hyper dogs Im more than happy to do long walks, use puzzles or practice tricks with your dog to tire them out or just cuddle and hang out with them if they are old or dont require as much exercise. but i overall would make it my mission to keep them in a safe and clean environment. :)

“Kelsey dropped in to walk and feed my dog Schaefer, who is a 9-year-old English lab, three times a day over the course of a long weekend recently. Schaefer is very stubborn (and very heavy!) and will often sit down in the middle of the sidewalk when he doesn't feel like walking. Kelsey was so patient with him and got him to walk for much longer than I'm normally able to. He doesn't take to too many people besides me and my husband, but after just a few days, Schaefer grew to really love her!”

“I don't trust many people with my German Shepherd, as he can get pretty aggressive, is really large, and usually doesn't like new people. Erika, on the other hand, was somehow able to get him to fall in love with her instantly. I mean this dog is usually a BEAST, but every time she's done sitting, I find them snugging on the couch and he is calmer than ever. There is no doubt that Erika is a sweetheart with dogs. Not to mention she is always on top of feeding him and cleaning up after him. Also, very flexible with schedule changes. Have never experienced any problems with Erika and will certainly be coming back for more. Highly recommend this dog-sitter.”
