About: I've grown up around labs since my grandparents were breeders. All my aunts have had labs (usually more than one at a time), so I've gotten the chance to look after them and give them walks when they were away on vacation. My most recent experience was with my roommate's St Bernard. Optimus is the largest dog I've ever cared for let alone lived with. He's been a ton of work considering his previous owner's unfortunate lack of care. We've dealt with ear infections and bulking up to a healthy weight. Throughout all, patience and determination prevailed and he's our big buddy. I'm currently working three 12-hour shifts each week providing me evenings on work days and full days twice during week and all weekend for caring for cats. I'm unavailable Wednesday evenings and weekend mornings for religious reasons. I have a clean home vacuumed every morning with plenty of windows for looking out of. Scratching posts are in every room with plenty of toys and treats to go around. I love petting cats and giving belly rubs if that's their thing.
About: I grew up with dogs and cats as pets, so have lifelong experience caring for animals. My family owned a small farm for a period of time, so I also gained experience with horses in addition to cats and dogs. We owned a German Shepard and a cockapoo, so I do have direct experience with both smaller and larger dogs. In high school, I took 4 years of animal science, which further advanced my knowledge of pets and gave me hands on experience in a pre-veterinarian science atmosphere. I plan on returning to school in the near future to further my studies in the animal sciences field and pursue a career as a Veterinarian Technician. I have had a life full of loving animals and live to care for them any way I can.

About: I'm new to Rover but I have had experience dog/cat sitting/walking, taking care of sick pets, and making sure they're fed, safe, happy and comfortable I have plenty of free time in my day to house sit, walk your dog, play with your pets, or just check in on them! And I'm 100 percent okay with taking care of other pets not just dogs and cats, I'll happily watch rabbits, reptiles, or rodents, etc :) If you have a sick pet I will follow every instruction you need me to to insure your pet is feeling good and healthy, happy pet happy life, that's not the correct saying sure but it still applies right!
About: I’ve been surrounded by different types of dogs my whole life from sports dogs to K-9 units to house dogs. I love all kinds of dogs and I have dog sat many dogs like huskies and yorkies. I currently care for a 15 year old pitbull that needs attentive care and have the ability to adjust to newcomers and elder dogs. I have two dogs that I care for after my full time job. I’m currently looking for a side hustle job that I can do after work. Keeping the dog in its dominant home I think is safer than transporting the dog into a new environment. About: Hi my name is Michael. I am a current senior at Wilkes who is looking to get involved in the local community. I have spent several years caring for dogs. I have two of my own at home in Stroudsburg (pit mixes), and in high school and over breaks I have pet sat and walked dogs for over a dozen homes in my community. Jared did everything as expected. He arrived when he was supposed to, did was he was asked to do and send multiple photos of each visit. He was not a hands-off sitter, he sat on the couch and outside on the steps with the dogs, keeping them company and giving them lots of affection. I would use Jared again if I needed a sitter. This was a one time sitting as I had a family wedding out of state, usually a family member cares for my pets when I need to go away. Jared cared for my dogs better than my kids.
