About: I've grown up around labs since my grandparents were breeders. All my aunts have had labs (usually more than one at a time), so I've gotten the chance to look after them and give them walks when they were away on vacation. My most recent experience was with my roommate's St Bernard. Optimus is the largest dog I've ever cared for let alone lived with. He's been a ton of work considering his previous owner's unfortunate lack of care. We've dealt with ear infections and bulking up to a healthy weight. Throughout all, patience and determination prevailed and he's our big buddy. I'm currently working three 12-hour shifts each week providing me evenings on work days and full days twice during week and all weekend for caring for cats. I'm unavailable Wednesday evenings and weekend mornings for religious reasons. I have a clean home vacuumed every morning with plenty of windows for looking out of. Scratching posts are in every room with plenty of toys and treats to go around. I love petting cats and giving belly rubs if that's their thing.

About: I’ve had animals in my life from birth to rainbow bridge, and caring for them has always been a part of who I am. Dogs truly leave pawprints on my heart. I’ve worked with breeds ranging from large Alaskan Malamutes to tiny Yorkies, and I love building trust with every personality and energy level. I also share my home with Ellie, my sweet 2-year-old mini Labradoodle (just 12 lbs), who is gentle, friendly, and loves making new friends.
