About: I’ve own dogs since I was little. German Shepherd, poodle, Mastiff mix. Board and dog sitting for friends and family throughout the years. Love dog company, caring for them, providing the best attention, playtime, basic training and good nutrition to ensure their happiness and a healthy life. Animals are like family. Their wellbeing is very important to me. They are just amazing and precious. My last best friend, my boy Dice, (now in heaven), a 110lbs American Bulldog, was potty trained at 3 months old. As he grew, I taught him not to pull when on a leash, to sit and lay down, to be calm when we had visitors, to seek, fetch, obedience and other basic commands that are important to teach at an early age. When I was away from home, I made sure he had the best sitters or boarding care possible. I understand you would like the same for your dog. After 14 happy years, sadly, age came with arthritis, difficulty standing up or walking. But I was there 24/7 to provide the best care and love. I administered oral medication every 6 hours for 1 year, allowing him to still do very short potty trips and walks outdoors. The last 4 months of life, all was done indoors. I helped to get to an area I prepared to go potty. Sometimes it happened on the way. He had to be cleaned up several times a day and fed by hand. Sleepless nights always by his side. We made several trips to the emergency hospital until the doctor said it was time to let go. Very painful. His ashes are with me now. He will be forever in my heart. I will do it all over again. Dogs are like children. They deserve all the best. Until I find my next best friend, let me give yours all my love and attention. I work from home with my own schedule. I have plenty of time to provide all the attention he/she needs to be comfortable, loved and happy. Keeping your dog mentally and physically entertained is important for a perfect day. I don’t have a fenced yard but plenty of outdoor space, surrounded by trees for short walks on a leash, games and a backyard deck & porch for free time and fresh air. Your puppy will feel at home and cozy.

About: I've grown up around labs since my grandparents were breeders. All my aunts have had labs (usually more than one at a time), so I've gotten the chance to look after them and give them walks when they were away on vacation. My most recent experience was with my roommate's St Bernard. Optimus is the largest dog I've ever cared for let alone lived with. He's been a ton of work considering his previous owner's unfortunate lack of care. We've dealt with ear infections and bulking up to a healthy weight. Throughout all, patience and determination prevailed and he's our big buddy. I'm currently working three 12-hour shifts each week providing me evenings on work days and full days twice during week and all weekend for caring for cats. I'm unavailable Wednesday evenings and weekend mornings for religious reasons. I have a clean home vacuumed every morning with plenty of windows for looking out of. Scratching posts are in every room with plenty of toys and treats to go around. I love petting cats and giving belly rubs if that's their thing.

About: Hi my name is Michael. I am a current senior at Wilkes who is looking to get involved in the local community. I have spent several years caring for dogs. I have two of my own at home in Stroudsburg (pit mixes), and in high school and over breaks I have pet sat and walked dogs for over a dozen homes in my community. I take pride in being a student leader and a future educator, as well as being responsible, dependable, and knowledgeable. For instance, I am well versed in dog body language, basic obedience, and many different breeds and personalities (small to big, guardian breeds, I love them all!). I am happy to reinforce the rules, expectations, and training that you have with your pet, or teach small new things like leash manners. Whether your dog needs to burn some energy, or just needs someone to check in on them throughout the week, I hope that you will consider me! Being a college student, my schedule is actually pretty flexible. I am generally available for: Morning/Midday walks/check-ins throughout the work week. Afternoon and evening visits on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Weekend stays or longer visits potentially as well. Because of that, I take time to speak with all owners about expectations, routines, and how they would like me to approach their home and pets. I usually like to meet all pets with the owners before beginning care as well, simply to ensure that they are comfortable with me. Generally, I will also take notice and respond to any body language or comfort concerns, exercise and training expectations, feeding and medication routines, and any other requests that an owner or pet may bring! My Schedule 🗓️ I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide pet care throughout the week. I’m available full-time on Sundays and Mondays. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, I’m available after 5:00 PM. Wednesdays are a little later in my schedule, with availability beginning around 9:00 PM. About: I’ve been surrounded by different types of dogs my whole life from sports dogs to K-9 units to house dogs. I love all kinds of dogs and I have dog sat many dogs like huskies and yorkies. I currently care for a 15 year old pitbull that needs attentive care and have the ability to adjust to newcomers and elder dogs. I have two dogs that I care for after my full time job. I’m currently looking for a side hustle job that I can do after work. Keeping the dog in its dominant home I think is safer than transporting the dog into a new environment. I’ll be sure to feed the dog its regular based food plan, constant let outs to bathroom use, and extensive cleaning if accident

About: When I was young I had 5 cats, Yuna, Spooky, Toby, Rose, and JD, rest in peace, I loved them all a lot and they were with me for a long time, especially Yuna. But now I have 2 Cats, one of which is in the room with me as I write this Bio. His name is Spuds, there's a second one, a Black Cat called Casper who's definitely a handful, but regardless I love the two beyond measure. I've taken care of the two as long as I've had them. My experience isn't just limited to Cats, as I've been around Dogs just as long as I've been with Cats. My mother growing up was a Dog Walker, so I naturally have a lot of second-hand experience with Dog Walking and know the basics. She'd take me and my sister all across Brooklyn 5 days a week to walk 3 Dogs, sometimes more. Furthermore my big brother has a Pitbull mix, whom I've also walked plenty of times. This may be my first time as an actual dogwalker/pet sitter, but I'm certainly not inept. This is my first job, so you better believe I have more than enough free time to take care of your pet, no matter what time of day. Unless of course I have other things to do, such as errands, or any other responsibilities that come up, but you will obviously be warned and told about said responsibilities in advance. I play and cuddle my Cats a ton everyday, along with feeding them and cleaning their litterboxes. And with Dogs, I know how much they need their outside time, so I'd obviously take them outside for Walks or fresh air routinely. I may have less experience with other pets, but so long as you give me proper details on how to take care of them, I could care for just about any pet you ask. Be it Rabbits, Turtles, Lizards, etc.
