For the past four years, I've worked as a veterinary technician, giving me extensive experience caring for animals and ensuring they stay happy, healthy, and safe. My veterinary background allows me to confidently administer medications, recognize changes in behavior, and provide attentive care for pets with special needs. In addition to my clinical experience, I've been pet sitting for many of my veterinary clients over the past few years. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! I am currently taking care of pets as my full-time job, allowing me to be very available and have widespread flexibility to fit your scheduling needs. I am able to care for your dog or cat in whichever way feels most comfortable for you, whether that is a puppy who needs training, walks, and crated time, or a senior cat that requires more frequent, attentive visits and a strict schedule of medication. Given my background, I am also happy to provide additional services such as baths, nail trimmings, and gland expressions when necessary.

If your dog isn't dog friendly I would be happy to keep them separate and comfortable! I have a fence for the dogs to run around and play. I also have ties outs for the dogs as well. We live in a wooded neighborhood on a dirt road that is super quiet!

About: I've taken care of multiple cats and dogs for the past 7 years, have helped with house sitting and dropping in to keep energetic dogs from tearing apart the house while the owners are away, and have walked dogs for quite a bit. I have also owned or lived in households where there are multiples cats and dogs, so taking care of more than one animal at a time is not an issue for me. I work night shifts and can easily pop out during the day to take care of any animal, stopping by the house to let the dog out as frequently as needed, feeding the pets, etc. I also have my own car, so transportation is not an issue. For pet care, it entirely depends on the animal. Basics, however, include feeding and providing fresh water, cleaning out litter boxes on a regular basis, and making sure dogs or more active pets get the exercise they need throughout the day.

About: I have 8+ years of hands-on experience caring for animals, with a special love for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I have experience caring for small dogs to large breeds, and I’m comfortable providing the individual attention and care each pet needs. Currently I have a very easy, open and flexible schedule. You and yours will be my #1 priority. My routine always works around you, and your furry friend. Depending on what services are needed, I am very open for different service options. I have no problem crating animals if needed/wanted. Treat/feed options as well.

Two days before his stay with Lorraine he was bit by a spider and had an allergic reaction and she agreed to administer medication and took a great care of him. About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember, both growing up and as an adult. Right now I share my home with my nine-month-old golden retriever, so I'm fully in the world of puppy energy, training, and keeping curious noses out of trouble. I've also helped my mom raise several litters of Newfoundland puppies. That taught me how to handle big breeds and wiggly newborns, and how much patience and routine young dogs need. I know that every dog has its own personality, and I pay attention to what yours needs to feel comfortable and safe. I work from home, so I'm around throughout the day during the week and on weekends too. Your dog won't spend long stretches alone. Their day can include regular potty breaks, meals on your schedule, and plenty of company. If your dog enjoys being active and is up for it, I love taking dogs hiking on the trails nearby. For dogs who'd rather keep things low-key, relaxed walks and couch time work just as well. I'll follow your dog's usual routine as closely as possible. Your dog stays in my home, where they'll be treated like part of the family. I don't have a fenced yard, so every trip outside is on a leash, with no exceptions. That way your dog is always under my control and never has a chance to wander off. I live in a quiet rural area without busy roads, which makes for calm, low-stress walks. I'll introduce your dog to my golden retriever slowly and supervise their time together. I'm also happy to send photos and updates so you always know how your pup is doing.
