“Adam watched my cats this weekend (two drop-in visits) for the first time; he was fantastic and exceeded all my expectations! He showed up exactly at the arranged times and texted me 11 pictures each visit which not only showed me my beloved cats, but also showed me that all of the necessary tasks we had discussed previously had been completed (ie a picture of a cleaned litter pan, a picture of a food plate arranged with medication, etc). And bullet items for each cat such as if poop and or pee was found in the litterpan. I highly recommend Adam and will definitely be using his services in the future! Thank you Adam!”

About: I’ve loved and owned cats and dogs through every phase of my life, making animal care second nature to me. As an extremely empathetic and caring person, I treat every pet like family. I absolutely love snuggling kitties and promise to give your fur baby all the patience, warmth, and attention they deserve! I'm currently home full-time with total schedule availability seven days a week! Because I'm around all day, I can easily adapt to your pet's exact routine for walks, feedings, and plenty of quality time together. Living in an apartment, I focus entirely on dedicated drop-in care and walks for cats and small-to-medium dogs. About: I grew up with dogs and cats as pets, so have lifelong experience caring for animals. My family owned a small farm for a period of time, so I also gained experience with horses in addition to cats and dogs. We owned a German Shepard and a cockapoo, so I do have direct experience with both smaller and larger dogs. In high school, I took 4 years of animal science, which further advanced my knowledge of pets and gave me hands on experience in a pre-veterinarian science atmosphere. I plan on returning to school in the near future to further my studies in the animal sciences field and pursue a career as a Veterinarian Technician. I have had a life full of loving animals and live to care for them any way I can.

Bandit and the cats were so happy when we got home from our trip - I was worried about leaving Bandit because he had just gotten over a tummy issue and was on special food but Gwynne said it was no problem. She even updated me on Bandit's recovery progress over the 3 days I was gone, and that really put my mind at ease!

May was awesome with my two dogs. One dog was diagnosed with diabetes this year and has developed diabetic cataracts. I hesitated to leave them at home on a recent trip, but May took great care of my girls! She is wonderful and did a great job administering Bitsy's insulin. She has my highest possible recommendation!
Jared did everything as expected. He arrived when he was supposed to, did was he was asked to do and send multiple photos of each visit. He was not a hands-off sitter, he sat on the couch and outside on the steps with the dogs, keeping them company and giving them lots of affection. I would use Jared again if I needed a sitter. This was a one time sitting as I had a family wedding out of state, usually a family member cares for my pets when I need to go away. Jared cared for my dogs better than my kids.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
