About: Pets have been part of my life since childhood, and I bring over 25 years of hands-on pet-care experience. About: I’ve been a dog lover my entire life. One of my earliest memories is begging my parents for a dog until they relented and got me a free puppy from the classifieds in the newspaper (yes, I am that old)! Over my life time, I’ve been privileged to take care of five dogs. They ranged in size from a 10 pound poodle mix to a 150 pound St. Bernard. My current fur babies are a 2 large dogs and two pampered house cats As a pet owner, I know the importance of having reliable and trustworthy sitters to take care of my fur babies when I am out of town. About: I grew up with dogs and cats as pets, so have lifelong experience caring for animals. My family owned a small farm for a period of time, so I also gained experience with horses in addition to cats and dogs. We owned a German Shepard and a cockapoo, so I do have direct experience with both smaller and larger dogs. I have two of my own at home in Stroudsburg (pit mixes), and in high school and over breaks I have pet sat and walked dogs for over a dozen homes in my community. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
