“Adam watched my cats this weekend (two drop-in visits) for the first time; he was fantastic and exceeded all my expectations! He showed up exactly at the arranged times and texted me 11 pictures each visit which not only showed me my beloved cats, but also showed me that all of the necessary tasks we had discussed previously had been completed (ie a picture of a cleaned litter pan, a picture of a food plate arranged with medication, etc). About: I grew up with dogs and cats as pets, so have lifelong experience caring for animals. My family owned a small farm for a period of time, so I also gained experience with horses in addition to cats and dogs. We owned a German Shepard and a cockapoo, so I do have direct experience with both smaller and larger dogs. In high school, I took 4 years of animal science, which further advanced my knowledge of pets and gave me hands on experience in a pre-veterinarian science atmosphere. I plan on returning to school in the near future to further my studies in the animal sciences field and pursue a career as a Veterinarian Technician. About: Hi my name is Michael. I am a current senior at Wilkes who is looking to get involved in the local community. I have spent several years caring for dogs. I have two of my own at home in Stroudsburg (pit mixes), and in high school and over breaks I have pet sat and walked dogs for over a dozen homes in my community. About: I have health care experience from my daily career and I've been taking care of all kinds of pets since I was a little girl. This includes several kitten rescues and rehoming. My little girl abby was a recue. Feeding, grooming, litter care needs, emotional support, love, time, and attention all go towards my cat at home on a daily basis. It's a labor of love. About: Lifelong Dog and Cat person, have always had pets and always will. I love all animals. My dog Hank was diagnosed with Glaucoma right before his 6th birthday; it was an adjustment getting used to a new routine of 3 different types of Eye-drops, every 8 hours. I’m so glad we booked Anna to take care of our cat while we were off getting married! I was nervous because we only have had family take care of her before, but everyone was going to be at the wedding so we had to do something new. Melissa was wonderful with my very shy cat. He usually takes a while to warm up to people, but she was so patient and gentle that she was actually able to get him to play with her. I also really appreciated the regular updates while I was away—they gave me peace of mind knowing he was happy and well cared for.

May was awesome with my two dogs. One dog was diagnosed with diabetes this year and has developed diabetic cataracts. I hesitated to leave them at home on a recent trip, but May took great care of my girls! She is wonderful and did a great job administering Bitsy's insulin. She has my highest possible recommendation!
Jared did everything as expected. He arrived when he was supposed to, did was he was asked to do and send multiple photos of each visit. He was not a hands-off sitter, he sat on the couch and outside on the steps with the dogs, keeping them company and giving them lots of affection. I would use Jared again if I needed a sitter. This was a one time sitting as I had a family wedding out of state, usually a family member cares for my pets when I need to go away. Jared cared for my dogs better than my kids.

My trip was very peaceful and relaxing and all the more so because I had someone so caring it made me feel such peace of mind knowing someone like you was looking after my fur babies! Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
