He showed up exactly at the arranged times and texted me 11 pictures each visit which not only showed me my beloved cats, but also showed me that all of the necessary tasks we had discussed previously had been completed (ie a picture of a cleaned litter pan, a picture of a food plate arranged with medication, etc). About: I have been around animals my entire life. From rabbits to cats and dogs, I have seen it all! I will take excellent care of your fur-baby(ies), as I have a dog and cat of my own and would only accept the best care for them! My current schedule allows me to petsit Thursday-Sunday between the hours of 7am and 7pm. I do have my own pets, so I like to block off two hours during the day to spend with them :) I will take upmost care of your pet in your home and remain respectful to your environment. About: I’ve loved and owned cats and dogs through every phase of my life, making animal care second nature to me. As an extremely empathetic and caring person, I treat every pet like family. I absolutely love snuggling kitties and promise to give your fur baby all the patience, warmth, and attention they deserve! I work from Monday to Thursday each week, so I'm available after 5pm on those days. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, I am always free to spend time with your furry friend. As a pregnant mom living in an apartment, I'm currently only available for walks and drop-in visits with cats and dogs (up to medium size). May was awesome with my two dogs. One dog was diagnosed with diabetes this year and has developed diabetic cataracts. I hesitated to leave them at home on a recent trip, but May took great care of my girls! She is wonderful and did a great job administering Bitsy's insulin. She has my highest possible recommendation!
Jared did everything as expected. He arrived when he was supposed to, did was he was asked to do and send multiple photos of each visit. He was not a hands-off sitter, he sat on the couch and outside on the steps with the dogs, keeping them company and giving them lots of affection. I would use Jared again if I needed a sitter. This was a one time sitting as I had a family wedding out of state, usually a family member cares for my pets when I need to go away. Jared cared for my dogs better than my kids.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
