“Sarah was wonderful with Suki! It was her first time with her, and Suki was nervous, but Sarah made her feel comfortable and on the second day she even gave Sarah kisses! Also love the fact that when she came for a meet and greet, she asked me if there was anything specific I needed her to do when she came by for a drop-in. She was very professional and on time! Highly recommend!”

“Kelli was a total trooper and went above and beyond what I hired her to do, which was just check in on my elderly pups while I took a me day to hike with friends. For some reason the lock on my side gate failed after she took one of them on a walk. We eventually sorted it out but Kelli was kind enough to stay with my girls while I tried to get a neighbor to help since I was 1.5hrs away in the mountains. Through out the whole ordeal Kelli was super patient and understanding, a total angel.”

I work from home and I’m very flexible. I also have reliable transportation, it is also a large vehicle so I am able to transport large dogs/pet equipment I have a very large property that is fully enclosed and double gated… The front gate facing the street is an iron 6 foot gate.
About: I have been caring for dogs my entire life — it’s not just something I do, it’s who I am. I currently have two boys of my own: Basil, a French Bulldog, and Cashew, a Morkie. I also regularly care for a German Shepherd, a Chihuahua, and several other breeds, so I’m very comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. From puppies to seniors, I understand that every dog has its own personality and needs. Your pup will be loved, watched closely, and treated like one of my own. I work remotely, which gives me a flexible schedule that fits pet care naturally into my day. I’m available for dog walks in the evenings and for boarding or sitting on weekends. I also have availability during school breaks and holidays, so I’m a reliable option when you need coverage during those busy times. The safety of every pet in my care is my top priority. At my home, I have a dedicated fenced-off area just for dogs, so they have a secure space to move around freely. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I do a full walkthrough to make sure all doors, gates, and exits are secured before letting any pup roam. “Ashley is simply amazing! My husband and I have two very cute (but also very high maintenance) senior kitties. We recently went out of town for the weekend and we were lucky enough to have Ashley look after our kitties. Ashley was always on time. During her visit, she shared photos and updates so we knew our kitties were well fed and taken care of. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure our kitties were comfortable during her visits and even set them up so they had great napping spaces throughout the day. It is such a great feeling knowing that you have someone to CARE for your pets when you are gone and are not there to just do the bare minimum. I highly recommend Ashley as a sitter or walker for your pets!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
