About: Hi! I'm Sherrie. I'm the kind of pet sitter who sends photo updates, and may leave your home looking better than when you left. Originally from Hawaii and now based in Ojai, yet travel to you elsewhere is no problem! I've spent years caring for homes, animals, and all the little details that help owners relax while they're away. Dogs and Cats seem to like me. Whether your pet is a couch potato, an adventure buddy, a professional squirrel observer, I'll make sure they get plenty of love, attention, exercise, and companionship. When you're away, I'll provide: • Pet care and companionship • Walks, playtime, and belly rubs (when approved by management) • Medication administration if needed • Home security checks • Regular photo updates My goal is simple: for you to enjoy your trip without worry. About: I love all critters, large and small. I have two large dogs which I have both trained. They are incredibly well behaved, but I know how to give them space to be rambunctious and playful. It’s so important for pets to have a safe space to be themselves and show their beautiful, unique personalities. I know how to work with senior and leash-aggressive dogs. Kitties are wonderful with minds of their own. I give them attention when they want it, but distance if not. They are cats after all! I can take care of fish too, as I have a tank of them in addition to my dogs. I am currently taking care of my husband who is recovering from surgery. My schedule is extremely flexible! I walk my dogs in the morning, but I can adjust my walk time as needed. For overnights, my husband should be okay on his own. I just need to take care of groceries. I start off with an introduction to you and your pet. Treats are a great way to start off on the right paw! I ensure your pet feels safe and gets to know me. I am caring and loving, and I also know how to give space to your furry one when they need it.

I've lived in a house of pets all my life, and am a huge animal lover, and have been pet sitting since I was a little kid. My schedule is really open and flexible because I work from home, so I have a ton of availability to come to your place or host your pet at mine. I live in a house with animal lovers with a fully enclosed outdoor space, in a great calm residential area close to Lincoln Park in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood. Why I love dog sitting I have always been a dog lover since watching Benji over and over again as a child. I grew up with many pets and dogs and started watching them for friends and neighborhoods as a kid. My experience administering medication It depends on the format, most pets can be very finicky about this, but if it were a case that it was mixed in food, I wouldn't mind. I’m currently working part time, so maximum time away would be less than a few hours. I’m home most days and evenings, and love to take pups on outings! I have a fully enclosed yard and no pets of my own so your dog can have the run of the place! They are welcome on couches!
