About: Hello, My name is Maggie and I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes for over five years. I have experience with feeding, walking, playtime, administering basic care, and making pets feel comfortable while their owners are away. I also have pets of my own, so I understand the importance of giving animals patience, attention, and love. I’m dependable, responsible, and committed to keeping pets safe and happy. * I also have experience with administering medications; I have done pills and I have also done insulin shots for a dog that has diabetes that I regularly watch!! I currently babysit part time, thursdays 8-4 and fridays 9-3, but I am available every other day during the whole week. I am available to make up to 4 visits. I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for every pet I care for. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and routines to help pets feel comfortable and stress-free. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and supervision while keeping their safety my top priority in both my home and the client’s home. I have a young dog and a cat in my home to keep your pets company. I also love to take my pup to the park or to get pup cups and she would love to have a friend!

About: What sets me apart from other dog sitters is my professional experience as an animal keeper, where attention to detail, behavior observation, and quality care are essential every day. I’ve owned and cared for dogs throughout my life and genuinely enjoy being around them, whether at dog parks, beaches, or dog-friendly spaces. Even without a dog of my own currently, I stay actively connected to dogs and understand the exercise, enrichment, patience, and companionship they need to thrive. I currently work full time as a professional animal keeper, but I’m excited to spend my free time caring for even more animals. I’m available for pet sitting, drop-in visits, and walks outside of my work hours, and I bring the same level of attentiveness, reliability, and compassion to pets that I do in my professional animal care career. “Madelyn had done drop-in visits for our cat Buddy but this was the first time we hired her to do overnight cat and house sitting, She took excellent care of our home and our cat Buddy, a very shy cat rescued from a hoarding situation who experiences significant separation anxiety when we leave. Buddy even came out of hiding to sit near Madelyn and she was even able to engage him in play. We will definitely hire Madelyn again for both drop-in and overnight care.”

About: I have been taking care of pets for as long as I can remember! I have taken care of dogs of all ages from little puppies to cute oldie senior pups. I have experience and comfortability with giving meds, going on long walks, and playing with lots and lots of toys. When I was little I would take care of my neighbors dogs with basic responsibilities like letting them outside and feeding them, which made my love for dogs grow even more. I started a summer "business" with my sister and friend just trying to find an excuse to play with the neighborhood dogs. I even got to take my love into a career when I worked in a vet clinic for almost two years during covid. When owners were not allowed into the building, I would be the one to love, hold and play with the animals during the appointment time so that they were still taken care of. I also worked down in the boarding facility, feeding, cleaning, and walking a ton of dogs who all needed to stretch their legs a little. I take time with each animal as much as possible, so not only do they get to spend time with someone, but they get to spend time with someone who actively is just as excited to see them! I currently work part time, mostly mornings, so any visits in the afternoon or evening would be perfect for my schedule! I get my schedule as early as three weeks in advance, so I know exactly when I am free about then. I can also stay with dogs, but need to be able to leave in the early morning but usually isn't a problem! I have done lots of combination house sitting and pet sitting for many of my neighbors throughout the years! I always clean up after myself, and leave the place better than I found it. I can also do some odd chores here or there if you would like, I have watered lots of plants! Keeping the pet in the comfortable environment is most important to me, as that is their home and I want them to be as cozy as possible while I am there.
