“We couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter than Sammy (Yue Yue)! She took excellent care of our two kitties, keeping us updated with plenty of photos and videos. She spent quality time playing with them and made sure they were happy and well-fed. Even with our somewhat ambiguous feeding instructions, she figured out a schedule that worked for the cats and kept us in the loop to make sure it worked for us too. Sammy was always punctual, polite, and professional. She kept us informed about everything, including when one of our kitties threw up. Since we’ve been logging these incidents to figure out the cause, her updates and continued monitoring were very helpful. She also replaced a cat food plate that got accidentally chipped and kept us informed. Sammy truly went above and beyond—not only did she replace our olive oil when it ran out (which she absolutely didn’t have to do!), but she also assembled an unexpected kitty scratcher that arrived with a litter delivery. On top of all that, she kept the house clean, making sure everything was tidy when we returned. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind while we were away.
