About: I grew up with dogs of all sizes from chihuahuas to pitbulls to Great Danes. My father is an owner of 4 cats which I also have experience taking care of. One of his former cats was disabled with feline AIDS so I also have experience handling and administering oral medication. I’ve even worked in an emergency vet hospital as a scribe and know how to identify signs of illness and where to take them should something go wrong (knock on wood). My whole life I have been a lover of all animals and I do my best to stay educated on animal safety and body language. I mainly take freelance jobs so I can take jobs any time between the hours of 11am and 10pm with some exceptions if necessary for overnight bookings. I do not take in pets in my own home as I live in an apartment and other dogs and owners can be unpredictable. I can take your dog on walks, feed them, and cuddle or play with them or let them rest in their own space! Let me know their quirks and I will work with them as best I can!

About: I’ve spent most of my life caring for animals and understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. From dogs and cats to the unexpected personalities in between, I provide attentive, reliable, and loving care. My goal is simple: to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I understand that having someone stay in your home with your pet requires a high level of trust. I’m responsible, attentive, and comfortable caring for animals with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. My goal would be to make your absence feel as normal as possible for your pet while treating your home with the same care and respect I would my own. I would keep their routine as consistent as possible—following feeding, medication, potty, exercise, and play schedules while giving them plenty of companionship and attention. I’d also respect the client’s home by keeping things clean, securing doors/gates, and providing regular updates so they know their pet is safe and happy.
“Cheyenne is A+++ all star above and beyond!! I know shiner looks forward to seeing her everyday and she does such a great job with him! She’s extremely communicative and always provides thorough daily summaries of their time together with pictures and videos. Makes me so happy to know he’s in such caring hands!”

“Brianna was so amazing! She was very communicative and took such great care of my boys. Her rover cards had such great information and so many photos. I would 100% use Brianna again!”

“Molly was great with my dog Milo and treated him very well. She was punctual and followed all my instructions about Milo, and was great at responding to messages. Will be booking with her again!”

“Deanna is always great at taking care of our dog and is extremely reliable. We have used her help for over a year on an almost daily basis and I would recommend her to anyone if they need someone to help take care of their pet.”

About: Hi there! I've grown up with dogs since I was 7 years old and currently have my own Dobermann along with my family's senior Maltese mix and senior Poodle mix at my family's home. If I could foster or adopt more, I would! However, I would love to extend my availability to help folx who need a bit of a helping hand to care for their furry ones. My Dobermann has been through several training courses, so I often introduce basics to dogs I meet, including my friends' furbabies. I also help with my friend's Husky when they're busy, so I'm used to caring for dogs of any size and know the importance of following any regiment you have in place for them! For a more wagging tailored experience of care for your pets, I would love to connect-- more than happy to do an initial meet to ensure your pup feels safe. I'm currently in between jobs and work in an industry that operates on remote work. Therefore, I can work from anywhere to take a break to stop by and even go on a walk. I'm also fond of going to different coffee shops throughout Houston and can take your pup along if you would like for them to be out and about every once in a while. I bounce back and forth between the Galleria area and Humble/Northeast Houston, so I'm open to clients all over Greater Houston. I can easily crate your pup if need be and have been to several dog parks (if you're okay with them). I've worked on being able to identify body language between dogs to determine whether they are getting to know each other or if we need to separate from others right away. Routines are also great, and I am more than happy to follow any regiments pet parents have for their dog(s)-- including integrating training throughout everyday (not just training sessions), meal times, walk/potty times, or even designated play times.

About: My dog is 9 years old and I have fostered and pet sat for various breeds a couple years prior. I’m used to a schedule and caring for puppies/adults. My training skills are basic and am good at positive reinforcement. My schedule is moderately active, so I’m ready for countless walks and play time. My job is hybrid with 3 days in office, so my schedule is pretty flexible and am only gone for about 6 hours during office days. I’m available most weekends as well. During the work week/work hours I can walk dogs in/around the River Oaks area or my surrounding area of where I’m located. I am open to driving past my 5 mile radius with an additional charge of $1 per mile. I also accept bookings within a 12 hour time period for an additional cost. I have a small fenced patio, and my dog is well trained and not reactive. I have a pretty spacious apartment that will allow room for a crate if provided. My dog isn’t on a strict schedule; he gets 2 meals a day and min 3 walks a day.
About: Not only do I have a pup of my own, I have fostered many different types of pets such as dogs, cats, bunnies and even a monkey at one point! I’ve spent ample time collecting data from various resources and my own experience that I am confident I am able to provide an environment best fit for your little one. The use of specific tools and technology in an innovative way to monitor the little ones and manage their schedules that are shared with you will put your mind to ease. My job is work from home that does not require constant attention, so time will be dedicated to your little one. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Westchase
Paola is an incredible dog sitter! She took my pup to walk around the park daily and Draco had a great time! She had excellent communication skills, always made sure Draco was fed and had water, and sent me daily pics of their time together. I highly recommend Paola for any of your dog sitting needs!

Tanita was available last minute (booked last night for early this morning). She was able to clarify some questions prior to booking. She arrived a little earlier than anticipated but that worked out great as I was able to pause the task I was doing to introduce them. Charlie was a little hesitant to head out for his walk upon Tanita's arrival, but he seemed to really enjoy it. Although I did not get a lot of photos or updates throughout the walk, I was able to see on the Rover card the route they took and was able to follow up with questions directly with Tanita. I really appreciated that Tanita was available after the walk had ended.

2nd round of booking with Claire. Everything went great, and she did a great job earning the trust and cooperation of my sometimes-obstinate dog. She took care of feeding the two dogs twice a day and handled it perfectly considering they eat a lot of ingredients and supplements!

We have only been working with Brianna for a short time, however, I already see a slight improvement in my two out of control chihuahuas! She is patient yet firm and always answers all my questions she pays attention to each dogs behavior and gives plenty feedback! Pictures too! I look forward to working with Brianna for a very long time!! I plan on having her help me with an overnighter! Highly recommend

Great experience, this was my first time having someone other than myself taking my pup out and Sheila worked with me on easing into getting to know him and getting him in a comfortable mindset. Sheila is very communicative and reliable and was giving updates when walking him, which I def appreciated. I would highly recommend Sheila!

Patsy was a wonderful pet sitter! My dog is anxious and can be slow to warm up to people, but he quickly warmed up to Patsy. She went out of her way to make sure she communicated with me regularly, despite some issues with the app not notifying me when she had completed a walk. She even cleaned my dog's blankets after he threw up on them!! I would definitely recommend her to other pet parents.
