About: I am entering my senior year at the University of Rhode Island, earning a degree in animal science, specializing in zoo and aquarium animal science with a focus on behavior and training. The classes I have taken at the university focus on animal biology, care, management, and behavior. I have had many animal care experiences ranging from cats and dogs, aquatic species at the Mystic Aquarium, and most recently caring for a geriatric elephant (so large dogs don’t scare me :))! Throughout my life I have had many pets from cats and dogs, to small mammals and reptiles. I have also had some experience training various animals, such as cats, chickens, bears and elephants! I have the basic skills to train using operant conditioning and positive reinforcement. I am working a part time summer job at a restaurant mostly working at night. I am available to do drop in visits throughout the day. I will not be able to take your pets into my home because I have pets of my own. Safety is my number one priority for myself and your pets and am willing to work through any challenges your pet may face!

About: I've cared for pets of my own growing up, both dogs and cats. I have also worked at a local animal hospital so I do have some experience behind the scenes. I currently work an 8am-5pm job, Monday through Friday. So I’m available before and after work, as well as on the weekends. Weekends I’m more flexible about times I’m needed Depending on the owners own wishes, that would determine how I’d care for them! Clients before have left me a paper of instructions and I’ve found that to be very helpful. Always treating homes and pets with respect!

About: I have boarded dogs and pet sat at others homes. I recently cared for and helped a family out with their dog that had cancer, giving meds to her, putting diapers on her. It was so sad to see the family have to lose her. My family became close to her as well. I am Very reliable, professional and caring. I have excellent references through several families. About: My name is Marta and I have two dogs! I recently got a Shepherd mix 4 month puppy. I have walked tons of dogs before for my family so I know how to do that. I love being around dogs and want to eventually get my own. I will ask everything on how to make you and your dog comfortable and how I should care for them. About: I have extensive experience working with dogs of all sizes. Growing up, my family had large dogs (90+ pounds) for almost all of my life. I have watched and pet-sat for dogs of all sizes in the past few years for neighbors and friends. I’ve recently moved back to the Massachusetts area after a travel-heavy job for the past few years, so no fur babies of my own yet! I look forward to re-exploring some of the wonderful walking trails the Cape offers with your furry friends! I’m currently working as a server part-time, so have plenty of time to play with, walk, and feed your dogs/cats. I am available for boarding or pet-sitting in your home most weeks, and for walks nearly every evening, plus morning and afternoon shifts every Tuesday and Wednesday. I have a large backyard and walking trails within a 10-minute walk from my house, perfect for leashed adventures! I do not have any pets in the house full-time, but may have my parent’s well-trained and friendly rescue in the house on occasional weekends.

About: Hi! I’ve been around dogs my entire life and grew up helping care for dachshunds through my mom’s breeding program, so I have hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, especially puppies. I’m comfortable with a wide range of breeds and temperaments, including dachshunds, Akitas, pugs, Cane Corsos, poodles, golden retrievers, and Yorkshire terriers. Whether your dog needs an energy-burning walk or a more relaxed visit, I always adjust to their individual needs. I offer dog walking and drop-in visits Monday through Friday from 10am–6pm. I live within walking distance to the beach, so your dog can enjoy fun, enriching walks with plenty of fresh air and new surroundings. I take reliability and communication seriously and am happy to send updates and photos so you always know your pet is in good hands. Please note: I’m allergic to cats, so I’m only able to care for dogs at this time. I currently offer dog walking and drop-in visits Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. My schedule is flexible during those hours, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, exercise, and care. I do my best to be dependable, communicative, and accommodating, and I’m happy to work with your pet’s usual routine whenever possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. I’m attentive to each dog’s personality, energy level, and needs, and I always try to create a calm, positive experience. For walks and drop-ins, I make sure pets have fresh water, potty breaks, exercise, and lots of care and attention. About: I've taken care of my family's and friend's dogs since I was 15, but more so in the last 3 years. I especially love to get them good exercise through playing fetch and chase with them, and turning walks into runs. Of course if dog is unable to exercise I'm also great at keeping things more their pace and ensuring their safety. I'm around and ready to help every day starting at 9:30am. Since my schedule is wide open from mid-morning through the evening, I'm super filexible with timing, whether you need a consistent midday walker or a last-minute drop-in for those days you're running late. About: Dogs are pretty straightforward which I love. If they like or don’t like something they’ll let you know. More importantly is understanding their owners. Patience is key. You can get a dog to love you but to respect you is a different story. My full time job is 12:00-7:30pm. Days I dont work I’m 100% available to watch your pups all day if need be. I can take care of bathroom breaks at 11am and 7:30-8pm Pups that I care for get 110% of my attention. At the moment I’m available to take care of clients dogs within their homes. If it means overnights I’m more than happy to.

About: I have been taking care of our bull dogs for seven years now. We adopt and had three before our oldest recently passed away. Bull dogs provide quite a bit of high maintenance care such as cleaning all folds multiple times a day, tail pockets, monitoring skin for yeast or allergies and of course… wiping butts after potty time. At least two walks or forms of exercise a day to keep them in shape for their health and breathing issues; if you see my babies photos, they are in super shape! So caring for three I feel shows my love, responsibility, managing skills and understanding of how to properly and lovingly care for pets. For many years now, I have also cared for a variety of my family members dogs and cats, whether that involves feeding, walking/ exercise, over nights, and loving attention. I am Corporate Life Coach & Counselor so I have a flexible schedule that I make myself, in a variety of towns in Massachusetts ( which is why my radius is so big) I also have a rental house in Dennisport MA, so providing pet care in the Cape is an option too! I love my fur-babies and providing love, exercise and quality time is what your pet deserves too! I will be providing services at your household, so any and all safety protocol will be provided that suits you and your pet to the fullest!

About: I have spent many years caring for family and friends pets. From pugs to mastiffs. Experience in administering medication and any other needs your pet may have. I am currently working full time, with weekends off. I am available after 5:00 for drop ins/walks Monday thru Friday. Available for boarding Friday evenings to Sunday. I believe I have a strong intuition for animals, which helps me to be attuned to their needs. I just love being around animals, so it brings me great joy to help pets and their owners alike. I have experience in both long term and short term stays. When I am pet sitting, I provide intensive care for the animals. We go on two long walks a day, or more if wanted/needed and if that is something the pet is interested in doing. I will provide play for them, and going out as frequently as they need/want. They will have their daily meals and fresh water. In the clients home, I care for the pets by following the pet's routine. and will talk at lengths with the home owners to get to know the environment and how the animals operate in the home, such as where and how they get let out ie if they can roam free in their yard etc, where they go for walks, what times of the day they eat etc .

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 which is when I got my first puppy! Family and friends have always relied on me to walk, feed and play with their furry friends as they were away for work or vacation. During my senior year in high school, my senior project was dedicated to fight animal cruelty. For 9 months, I volunteered for an animal shelter where I used to play and take care of the dogs, as well as initiated fundraisers to help local shelters. I’m currently working full time from Monday-Friday, however I can accommodate my schedule to provide the best experience for you and your furry friend! I am available from Monday-Friday starting from 5pm for drop off visits or walks/play dates. I am also available on the weekends at any time. Care for your little friend will be provided according to client’s request/directions. Only on leash walks will be provided for the safety of your pet 🙂 If allowed, we can go for dog park visits and trail walks. Prior to our walks/drop in visits, I would love to set a time to meet you and your dog, so we can familiarize with each other and provide the most comfortable experience!
