About: Hello dog owners and friends! My name is Steve and I am a retired professional who calls Cape Cod home. I enjoy taking care of adult and senior pets. (Please note that my regular clients have a locked-in rate that is lower than the rate stated in my Rover Profile). Rates for new clients are sometimes negotiable. For Starters - I have ramps into my house and into my completely fenced-in back yard. I make every effort to make your dog feel like they are home. I have several dog beds throughout the house and provide easy access to my back yard. I am adept at giving medications, if necessary during your dog's stay. I live close to 2 cranberry bogs, which I use to walk larger dogs during their stay. I have been a pet owner since 2007 and have rescued a number of senior dogs since that time. Currently, I have a new senior addition to my household; Bailey, a very chill mini-border collie. She gets a long with most dogs and all people. I retired from my job in the pharmaceutical industry at an early age so that I could enjoy many years of retirement and doing the things that I enjoy such as taking care of other people's pets. I have a fenced in yard and provide water bowls both inside and outside my house. I keep a crate handy for separation issues. I have pill pockets for any medications that need to be given.

About: Hi! I’ve been around dogs my entire life and grew up helping care for dachshunds through my mom’s breeding program, so I have hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, especially puppies. I’m comfortable with a wide range of breeds and temperaments, including dachshunds, Akitas, pugs, Cane Corsos, poodles, golden retrievers, and Yorkshire terriers. Whether your dog needs an energy-burning walk or a more relaxed visit, I always adjust to their individual needs. I offer dog walking and drop-in visits Monday through Friday from 10am–6pm. I live within walking distance to the beach, so your dog can enjoy fun, enriching walks with plenty of fresh air and new surroundings. I take reliability and communication seriously and am happy to send updates and photos so you always know your pet is in good hands. Please note: I’m allergic to cats, so I’m only able to care for dogs at this time. I currently offer dog walking and drop-in visits Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. My schedule is flexible during those hours, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, exercise, and care. I do my best to be dependable, communicative, and accommodating, and I’m happy to work with your pet’s usual routine whenever possible. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my priority. I’m attentive to each dog’s personality, energy level, and needs, and I always try to create a calm, positive experience. For walks and drop-ins, I make sure pets have fresh water, potty breaks, exercise, and lots of care and attention. I’m respectful in clients’ homes, follow instructions closely, and will always keep you updated so you can feel at ease while your pet is with me.

About: I have cared for pets my whole life and frequently care for friend’s pets when needed. I have a home in Yarmouth, work remotely full time and always open to caring for pets in their own home if preferred. I have an amazing cat of my own that loves other animals. I also have a 16 year old daughter that has helped raise dogs & cats since she was a baby. I look forward to connecting with you and caring for your fur baby! About: I have been taking care of our bull dogs for seven years now. We adopt and had three before our oldest recently passed away. Bull dogs provide quite a bit of high maintenance care such as cleaning all folds multiple times a day, tail pockets, monitoring skin for yeast or allergies and of course… wiping butts after potty time. At least two walks or forms of exercise a day to keep them in shape for their health and breathing issues; if you see my babies photos, they are in super shape! So caring for three I feel shows my love, responsibility, managing skills and understanding of how to properly and lovingly care for pets. For many years now, I have also cared for a variety of my family members dogs and cats, whether that involves feeding, walking/ exercise, over nights, and loving attention. I am Corporate Life Coach & Counselor so I have a flexible schedule that I make myself, in a variety of towns in Massachusetts ( which is why my radius is so big) I also have a rental house in Dennisport MA, so providing pet care in the Cape is an option too! About: I have boarded dogs and pet sat at others homes. I recently cared for and helped a family out with their dog that had cancer, giving meds to her, putting diapers on her. It was so sad to see the family have to lose her. My family became close to her as well. I am Very reliable, professional and caring. I have excellent references through several families.
