About: I grew up with dogs my whole life, from playful puppies to senior pups, and I’ve always loved caring for them. Right now, being single and working in healthcare means my schedule doesn’t allow me to have a dog of my own, so I pour all that love and attention into the pets I walk and care for. Every dog I meet gets the same patience, playfulness, and affection I gave my own growing up. I work three days a week as a Physician Assistant, which means I have multiple days off, sometimes during the week, sometimes on weekends. On my days off, I’m available for dog walks, drop-in visits, or pet sitting, and I’m happy to work with your schedule. My availability can be flexible week to week, so there’s a good chance we can find a time that works for you and your pup. I live alone in a cozy one-bedroom apartment, which means your pup will get my full attention without other pets or people. Right across the street is a beautiful park which is perfect for safe, fun walks and plenty of adventures. I always make sure pets are secure on leash, keep a close eye on their comfort, and provide a calm, loving environment where they can relax and feel at home or let out all their energy!

About: I own dogs and cats of my own. Former kennel tech for a boarding and daycare facility of all dog breeds/ temperaments/sizes. Currently work with dogs. I work full-time. I work a regular 8hr shift and not super close to home. So I am usually away from 7:30am- 4:30pm. I am generally around on my off days and happy to stop by before and/or after work. Just reach out and we can try to work something out/ talk about schedules :) I usually dont do drop ins weekly so please only ask for specific dates. I am an avid hiker, so if you have an energetic friend I am more than happy to take him or her out on longer walks! But I'm also down for hugs and cuddles with senior pets or furry felines

About: five years ago today i got my rescue mutt, jackson, & he is an absolute treasure to me. i've got a nice backyard, dog parks, hiking trails, & beaches nearby. jack is especially gentle with small dogs & children & perfectly well-behaved with everyone else except squirrels & cats. i'm a freelance musician so my schedule varies a lot - some weeks i'm available 24-7, others i'm working down in nyc, or further out of town. i'm in the process of shifting towards a more local life & will update this space as that process continues, but for now, just ask & i'll answer right away. big backyard with tall fences, me & my very friendly small lab mutt mix (50 lbs), comfy home with lots of great places to run & play nearby - anything else, just ask.

About: I have taken care of dogs ever since I was a little kid. My experience includes overnight care, oral medication administration, dog walking, dog sitting, and playtime! I have worked with all different types of dogs in terms of socialization whether they’re more comfortable around people or other dogs. I’m very good with specific instructions and attention to detail to give your pet the best experience I can! I am currently a full-time student athlete looking to bring some light into my life through this position. I am looking to work with clients and meet their pets needs. About: Dog owners will love my ability to recognize the individuality and personality of their dog and how well I respond to these to these things. For example, if the dog is an introverted weimereiner, I will try some things to get him to play or take a walk. Taking care not to confuse or irritate him. If the dog is an energetic cocker spaniel, I will always be more cautious and aware of the dog "bolting" out an open door or being generally a little unpredictable. I know this from my experience as a cocker spanielowner and a less active Labrador retriever, and most recently - a brother and sister part pit bull - very active breed pair in New Mexico before I moved here to West Haven, CT. Also, a larger, more active dog will need more walking, playing and activity than a dog who takes more time to transition to a new face. All the above should be done with both the awareness of building a functional and stable relationship between myself and the dog along with any input the owner might give on caring for his or her dog. It seems most important to be available on continual and longest terms possible with most any dog for the sake of stability in the dog's life. I love the learning and fun it takes to get to know a dog.

About: Very patient with pets. I’ve cared for different types of dogs and sizes since 9 years old including some puppy training, cleaning up after them, feeding them and even washing the pet if needed also I’m pretty timely and your pet will have enough backyard space to play around or play indoors. I’ll be working part time and the days i will be available for now are Sundays after 3 pm then Wednesdays and Thursday’s at anytime. I have a dog gate inside my house if needed as well no harmful products near by . Also I have family members who love dogs and will give plenty of love and attention to your pet so they feel cared for. My backyard has a huge dog cage just in case for separation if anything. Lastly I currently have no pets so no jealously will happen.

About: I always grew up with animals in my home since I lived in Florida. I’ve been amazing with dogs and cats, never hesitated to feed them, walk and also bathe them. My next door neighbor also had dogs so we sometimes cared for them together and kept our animals active and happy Pet care definitely fits in my schedule because I have a very easygoing job with flexible shifts, I’m available all week to be home and actively care for pets During the day I am always in my living room which is where the pets can roam around so they will always have an eye on them. My sister is very open to dogs and cats so she can also watch after the pets and take them outside on walks around the neighborhood

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was about 13. I also have experience with quite a few animals due to being raised in a home with multiple different animals. I am currently per diem at work so I have a bigger availability for pet sitting. My schedule is more open in that case, making it the best fit. I am very attentive and cater to the pets needs. With the experience that I have it does not make things difficult for me in both matters.

About: I always joke that dogs know my intentions when I meet them, but I really believe it’s true. What are my intentions you ask? To love them and feel their love back ☺️ I’m currently unemployed and exploring starting my own business, so I have lots of free time for pups. Plus being around dogs brings me so much joy, it’s a welcome escape from my previous jobs in marketing. Being in the pup’s own home allows them to feel more comfortable, but I also love to be outside with them, whether at the park or at he beach, keeping myself and them active.
