About: Caring for dogs has been a part of my life since I was able to walk. I have cared for all ages, shapes, and temperaments. I have a knack for understanding their behavior and getting them what they need. Since becoming a homeowner I have shaped my home into a place pets feel comfortable. I am the go-to pet sitter for my friends, family, and neighbors, and I look forward to becoming your go-to sitter as well! I am home all day and available to make your pet feel like the top priority! I have 3 out-of-house obligations per week, all lasting less than 4 hours. I have a fenced yard for my elderly basset hound, Stella, and adult mini poodle mix, Winston. We go on frequent walks to either of the nearby parks, and cuddle up on the couch when the weather doesn't cooperate. How I care for visiting pets very much depends on the visitor's needs. I'll give extra attention for anxious pups, a separate space for shy guys, extra play time for the hyper dogs. I will do all that I can to make this a pleasant experience for your pet, so you can have a pleasant vacation free from worry!

About: Hello! I’ve taken care of dogs since I was little because I had 2 dogs in my house and when my parents were gone for the day I had to take care of them. I also have pet sat for family members in the past. I’m taking a gap year so I have a lot of time on my hands. I love staying active as well so having a buddy join me would be great! I always check up on them often and let them outside and play with them. I give them fresh new food every morning (or however often the pet eats) and water throughout the day, taking them on walks once a day to give them exercise. I also love just chilling around with them as well!

About: I’m currently a caregiver for my mom, which gives me the flexibility to offer attentive, unrushed care for your pets without being tied to a strict clock-in, clock-out schedule. I’ve had a lifelong love for animals and have been surrounded by dogs, cats, and other critters since childhood. Throughout college and during full-time work, I provided house and pet sitting for long-term clients—some with up to three dogs and two cats. These stays ranged from short weekend trips to week-long visits, and I always made sure pets felt safe, comfortable, and loved. I also used to care for my former landlord’s two senior dogs, one of whom needed daily medication, whenever she traveled. These experiences helped me become calm, observant, and trustworthy—qualities that animals naturally respond to. I wear two hearing aids due to hearing loss, which has actually made me more in tune with pets’ body language and non-verbal cues. I’ve been looking for slower pace of work, after working in corporate and law offices for last 10 years. If I’m house sitting with your pets, I clean up after myself and ensure everything is like you left it, but better since I’m doing some cleaning to whatever I used. 😉

About: I've spent a lot of my life taking care of animals, particularly cats. I have a Zoology degree and experience with developing commands and various training exercises as well as handling proper food intake and oral medicine intake. I am available every day, most of the day! It will vary per-day but as long as I have a two-day notice I should absolutely be available! I will be vigilant with your pets, making sure that they get enough attention and do not get into anything that they shouldn't. If there are any specific rules that you have in your home or for your pet I will make sure to follow them to ensure a safe and happy experience for your animals!

About: I had a golden lab for 13.5 years. He passed away last year at age 15, but before he left, he taught me that a human's time is always best spent with a dog. I am an experienced dog trainer proficient in giving medication, administering injections, and guiding physical therapy exercises as directed by you and your veterinarian. Yes, I will do injections for your diabetic cat. I actually grew up with a cat for about 15 years and have cared for two of my brother's diabetic cats when he was away for weeks at a time. I'm almost always available, so if you don't see availability, reach out to me. I work an extremely flexible part time job from my home office, but not typically while hosting a pet. I am in full control of my own schedule, so I can make sure your pup wants for nothing. We do have an infant in the home, but he would not come into contact with your pup because he has his own full-time nanny and a nursery in a separate area. Your pup will go on a walk or play ball if desired a few times throughout the day. Access to the back yard will be constant. No pets of my own anymore. I live in a quiet suburban neighborhood with plenty of green space and trails for walks. I have a single family home with no stairs needed to access the ground level. All other stairs are blocked by gates. Inside, most surfaces are covered by rugs for good traction. The back yard is nicely maintained and is secured by a 6-foot fence, a locked gate, and ring security cameras. I keep it cut short, and in the winter, I remove the snow from the grass daily. The patio has sturdy ramp access into the rear of the dwelling for any of our more seasoned or handi-capable pups that may need it. I mitigate any ice that might build up using sheets of astro-turf. This is as safe and comfortable as it gets. The property is occupied day and night, 24/7/365.
