About: I grew up in a household with dogs all my life, including boxers, a labradoodle, and a boston terrier! Family and friends would often rely on me for walking, sitting and bathing their pups. In college, I would spend my free weekends volunteering to walk and care for dogs at the local animal shelter. I now have a best friend of my own, a shepherd mix puppy named Davie! I would be honored to care for your pup, and provide any additional services you may need like walking or a bath! “I cannot say enough good things about Kyle and Desiree, who have been absolutely amazing with our boxers, Dakota and Luna. This is the second time we've had them care for our dogs, and once again, they exceeded all expectations. Dakota is an elderly boxer with medical needs, and Luna is a high-energy, playful 21-month-old puppy, so it’s not always easy to meet both of their needs. But Kyle and Desiree do an outstanding job of balancing the care for each of them. They took Dakota on calm walks and made sure she received all her medications, while also giving Luna the exercise and attention she needs to burn off her endless energy. What really stood out to me was how excited both dogs were to return to Kyle and Desiree's care. When we dropped them off, they practically jumped out of the car to see them, which is a great sign that they feel safe and loved with them. Throughout the day, we got adorable photo updates that showed our pups were having a blast. We truly appreciate their attention to detail, their willingness to take on the responsibility of managing Dakota’s medical needs, and their enthusiasm for spending time with both of our dogs. About: Hello!!! I’m Niki and I’ve been doing pet care, paid and unpaid for probably my whole life! I’ve always been an animal lover. So before I started my corporate job, I signed up for a different pet sitting app, which turned into traveling the world to care for pets. I have cared for animals in Costa Rica, England, France, Canada and all over the states. And have even been flown back to Canada and England multiple times for repeat pet sitting visits. When I started working corporate, I stopped doing it for a while. But I always miss caring for a sweet animal. Now that I have a remote corporate position, my work allows me deep pockets of time between meetings throughout the day, which gives me more time! I have an extreme passion for animals of all shapes and sizes and always put their needs first. I am a college student with a relatively open schedule. The schedule listed is not my entire availability and I would love to talk about other openings in my schedule for care. I follow the owners directions very thoroughly and always make sure I do as they ask. I keep the animals company and give them the attention they deserve. I know how to crate a dog if needed and I will always do my best to respect the animals needs and the owners wishes.
About: For more than 15 years, I've been the person friends call when they need someone they completely trust with their pets and their home. I've cared for dogs and cats for everything from daily walks and check-ins to several-week stays, and I genuinely love getting to know each animal's unique personality. I naturally build trust with animals and have found that even more anxious, reactive, or shy pets often settle quickly with me. I've cared for dogs with social anxiety, leash reactivity, and strong personalities, and I enjoy helping them feel safe, confident, and understood. I'm also comfortable with puppies and reinforcing basic training and routines while you're away. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to be available for walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting throughout the week. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I genuinely enjoy getting outside, staying active, and spending time with animals. When I'm caring for a pet, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible. Whether that's regular walks, playtime, feeding schedules, medication, or simply quiet companionship, I enjoy giving each pet the attention and care they need to feel comfortable while their family is away. Clear communication is also important to me, so I'll always keep you updated with photos and messages to let you know how your pet is doing. I currently offer care in my clients' homes, where pets can stay in the environment they know and love. I find that keeping their routine as consistent as possible helps them feel safe and relaxed while you're away. I take the time to get to know each pet's personality, energy level, and preferences. Some love long walks and lots of play, while others are happiest with quiet companionship and sticking to their routine. I enjoy meeting them where they are and giving them the care they need rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. I'll make sure your pet has fresh food and water, exercise, potty breaks, playtime, medications if needed, and plenty of affection if they want it. I'll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own and keep you updated with photos and messages so you can enjoy your time away knowing your pet is in good hands. At this time, I am not able to provide boarding in my own home, so all of my services take place in my clients' homes.

About: I have dog sat, fostered, and was a dog groomer for many many years! I have dog sat for many people and every time they referred me to others! I understand how important it is for your pet to be taken care of the right way so you will have the peace of mind of knowing that your pet is being taken care of by a genuine pet lover who will do everything in my power to make your pet feel safe, happy, and relaxed! I do remote work so I can be completely available for the dates you’re looking for! I can stay at your house or do drop in visits and I do nights of course :) I have 3 dogs of which i walk twice a day and take them to the park to play fetch in the afternoon (and ice cream after sometimes ;). They sleep in my room and play all the time. I will of course adapt to your house routine and if i stayed over I keep everything very neat!
About: Hi! I’m Katelyn, and I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life. Growing up, my family always had a full house of pets, including dogs, cats, birds, ferrets, fish, and even a lizard. We also bred show Cocker Spaniels, where I learned the fundamentals of animal care early on by helping to feed, clean, and train the puppies. In high school, I worked at a horse breeding ranch, gaining hands-on experience with halter and lead training. This taught me a great deal about reading animal body language, building trust, and handling large animals with calm, quiet confidence—skills that translate perfectly to walking and managing dogs of all sizes. As an adult, I adopted my own dog, Karma, who had been abandoned on the street. Because of her background, she came to me with significant fears of men and other dogs. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, I successfully socialized and trained her from scratch. She blossomed into a wonderful, confident, and loving companion who stayed by my side for 12 beautiful years before passing away in 2022. While I still miss having a pup of my own, my heart is ready to share my love, patience, and expertise with new furry friends. I am currently living in Arlington, VA, and am immediately available to help care for your beloved cats and dogs. Pet care is a top priority in my daily routine, not an afterthought. Because I currently have a highly flexible schedule, I am readily available for mid-day dog walks, morning or evening drop-in visits, and weekend care. I intentionally plan my day around my clients' needs so I am never rushing. Whether it’s a quick lunchtime potty break or a longer evening visit, I build ample time into my schedule for play, affection, and thorough clean-up, ensuring your pet gets my undivided, stress-free attention. Since I exclusively provide care in your home, my top priority is maintaining your pet’s safe, familiar environment. About: I grew up in a household with dogs all my life, including boxers, a labradoodle, and a boston terrier! Family and friends would often rely on me for walking, sitting and bathing their pups. In college, I would spend my free weekends volunteering to walk and care for dogs at the local animal shelter. I now have a best friend of my own, a shepherd mix puppy named Davie! I would be honored to care for your pup, and provide any additional services you may need like walking or a bath! I currently work full time during the week, but can be available in the evenings for a check-in or on the weekends for check-ins or sitting. “I cannot say enough good things about Kyle and Desiree, who have been absolutely amazing with our boxers, Dakota and Luna. This is the second time we've had them care for our dogs, and once again, they exceeded all expectations. Dakota is an elderly boxer with medical needs, and Luna is a high-energy, playful 21-month-old puppy, so it’s not always easy to meet both of their needs. But Kyle and Desiree do an outstanding job of balancing the care for each of them. They took Dakota on calm walks and made sure she received all her medications, while also giving Luna the exercise and attention she needs to burn off her endless energy. What really stood out to me was how excited both dogs were to return to Kyle and Desiree's care. When we dropped them off, they practically jumped out of the car to see them, which is a great sign that they feel safe and loved with them. Throughout the day, we got adorable photo updates that showed our pups were having a blast. We truly appreciate their attention to detail, their willingness to take on the responsibility of managing Dakota’s medical needs, and their enthusiasm for spending time with both of our dogs. We couldn’t be happier with the care they provide, and we’re already looking forward to using their services again in the future. Highly recommend!”
