About: I have experience taking care of a high medical needs cat. I also have experience with deaf and blind cats. I understand each pet is an individual and will adjust my care as I get to know them. Some pets love human interaction and others need their space. I’m absolutely ready to kiss and hug them or give them the distance they need to feel safe. Nothing like the smell of fresh litter in the morning! I am a cat mom to 2 playful, cuddly adopted babies. I recently became a volunteer at a cat shelter, which gives me so much purpose. I have a full time job Monday-Friday. I am looking to occasionally pet sit on weekends and early mornings on weekdays. Home is a sacred place. I will treat your pets and your space respectfully. I can send you all the photos you need to feel comfortable, or video call you. I am comfortable cleaning up after your pet, and giving them all the cuddles and words of affirmation they need while you are away.

“Brooke does a great job and is always professional. We really appreciate the updates on our cats while we are away that let us know they are not only fine but also getting time to play”

About: Experienced caring for dogs of all sizes, along with house cats, rodents and reptiles. Particular experience with medium and large size dogs who are anxious/reactive. Rates lowered while I establish myself on Rover. I work from home, so your dog will get a lot of attention when I care for them (and they'll probably get a nickname or two). Walks, bathroom breaks, visits to the dog park, and lots of pets and ear scratches all fit into my daily and weekly schedule with ease. I am willing to book outside of my typical radius for an increased fee to offset mileage, gas costs, and time. I have a lot of experience with anxious dogs in particular, so am used to reading what a dog needs and wants with a close eye. I take care to make sure that a dog is comfortable with me, that I respect their boundaries, that I respond to their needs, and that we remove ourselves from any situation that might upset or overwhelm them. I often ask a pet owner for details about their dog's usual routine, any particular habits they have, their behavior on leash, and what gives them comfort. This helps me better respond to what the dog is sharing about their needs.

“Alanna was amazing! She sent super detailed Rover Cards, took a ton of pictures, and overall made us feel really comfortable that we had left our kitties in such good hands. We would totally book Alanna again and would recommend her to others. Thanks, Alanna!”

“Anne was excellent at communication, did more than what we asked, and my cats loved her. Would highly recommend Anne and would definitely book again when we go on long trips. Thank you!”

“Toni went above and beyond! Not only did she take superior care of our little cavapoo, Bailey, she brought our garbage cans in from the curb and offered to check in on Bailey one more time if we were running late. Excellent care and service!!”

Our family is dog deprived and wanting to love on your pets as we continue our daughters cancer journey. I am a stay at home mom with 2 girls looking to help walk or take care of your dogs during the week or weekend. I have a partially fenced in yard at this time. I will have it fully enclosed by fall. About: I'm currently in a pet-free home with my kiddos and have lived with dogs for much of my adult life. I'm a massage therapist and love giving pups a little TLC with energy therapy and light massage. They love it! The dog you see in my photo is KC. She was a rescue dog who was with us for six years and needed lots of training, support and care. Please note I take 3 walking clients per day but only 1 boarder at a time. I'm a grad student at UW and have a flexible summer schedule! I have a few other income streams but I set my own working hours. I offer long walks, treats, water, lots of play and unlimited petting! I offer care in my home and dog walking. Looking forward to meeting your pup!

About: I've been taking care of all kinds of animals from kittens to goats to dogs to guinea pigs since I was 15 years old. I made a career out of it and I am now a certified veterinary technician. My job makes me able and comfortable to take care of all kinds of pets with all kinds of needs. I am also able to do nail trims or anal gland expressions in home if needed! I work a full time job but still make plenty of time for walks, fetch, and snuggle time. There will be times when pets are on their own but I can make arrangements so they aren't left alone for long periods of time. I have a large yard for pups to play in, separate rooms for quiet cats and lots of couches to snuggle with all the pets! I have a dog and cat of my own that get along well with others.
