“Taryn was excellent. It was our first time using Rover for drop-in visits. Our cats loved Taryn and she took great care of them. She was a great communicator and went above and beyond. We will definitely use Rover again because of our wonderful experience with Taryn.”

“Heather was great! I have two cats, one on meds. Heather took great care of them and kept me well informed with comprehensive daily reports and photos. We are all looking forward to booking her again!!”

About: I’ve grown with big dogs my whole life and I have my fair share of personal experience with smaller ones as well. Additionally, I worked at Paradise Paws (doggy daycare) as a dog handler for about a year. I am very familiar with all the different breeds and personality types, even puppies! I have a very flexible schedule. I do online school and don’t have another job, so I have lots of opportunity during the day to hang out with your dogs! I will care for your dogs depending on your environment and the rules you have set for me. I will respect your environment and that of the dog, while ensuring they receive lots of fun and attention!
“Shatoria was absolutely awesome! She stopped in to check on my cat Olivine while my roommate and I were away for the weekend. During our initial visit, Shatoria asked a ton of questions about Olivine and her routine, some that I hadn’t even thought to bring up, which was great. During the actual visit, she passed along lots of photos of Olivine with her update. She also took a photo of her automatic feeder so I could see how Olivine had been eating, which I appreciated. I had never hired a pet sitter before, so that came with some anxiety, but Shatoria made me confident that I was leaving Olivine in great hands! I definitely know who to come to if we ever need any more help with Olivine in the future.”

“Emily and her family are by far the BEST sitters I have ever had! They are so sweet, communicative, flexible, and knowledgeable. I hope to use them every time I need extra help with my buddy.”

About: Experienced & Loving Dog Care | 14+ Years in Rescue, Training & Medical Care Dogs have always been at the heart of my life—growing up, they were truly cherished members of our family, and that philosophy guides how I care for them today. For over 14 years, I have worked hands-on in rescue shelter environments, giving me deep experience with dogs of every size, age, and background—from tiny toy breeds to gentle giants. My time in rescue has taught me patience, intuition, and deep compassion. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with extremely fearful dogs, including those rescued from puppy mills who had never known human touch or seen the light of day. Helping them learn to trust, feel safe, and discover the joy of just being a dog is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. What I Bring to Your Dog’s Care: Specialized & Behavioral Care: Experienced in basic dog training and working with a wide range of unique personalities (from energetic pups to timid rescues). Medical & Recovery Support: Proficient in administering oral medications (pills and liquids) and supporting dogs through physical therapy and post-op recovery. Family-Level Love: Every dog in my care is treated with the exact same warmth, attention, and affection I give my own. Dependable & Adaptable: I have a flexible schedule, pay close attention to detail, and follow your home and care instructions to the letter. (I also have experience in caring for small mammals and reptiles!) I’d love to meet your pup and provide them with a safe, comforting, and fun environment while you're away! Pet care isn’t just something I squeeze into my schedule; it’s central to my day to day life. With a flexible schedule, I am able to dedicate focused, quality time to the animals in my care without rushing. Whether your pet needs a mid-day walk, precise medication timing, or dedicated cuddle and play sessions, my routine naturally accommodates their specific needs. I prioritize consistency so your pet’s daily rhythms—feeding times, exercise, and rest—remain uninterrupted while you’re away. Safety and trust are the foundation of everything I do. Having spent over 14 years working in animal rescue, I am trained to maintain a secure, low-stress environment and anticipate potential hazards before they happen. In Your Home: I strictly honor your pet’s safe space and established routines. I keep doors and gates secure, ensure all foods and medications are safely stored, and strictly follow your home rules. Building Trust: I let pets approach me at their own comfort level, using positive reinforcement, soft body language, and patience—especially with anxious or rescue pets. Health & Safety: I am highly experienced in monitoring health cues, managing medical recoveries, and administering medications, giving you complete peace of mind that your pet and home are in capable, loving hands.
“Toni went above and beyond! Not only did she take superior care of our little cavapoo, Bailey, she brought our garbage cans in from the curb and offered to check in on Bailey one more time if we were running late. Excellent care and service!!”

“Jackie is very accommodating, She contacted me to get instructions for entering my residence, but unfortunately I hadn't noticed. I got back to her as soon as I read the message, but she had already left. She was able to make another stop by later to care for Sparks. Her communication and care were top notch and I would recommend her as your next pet care provider.”

About: Lifelong (35 years) dog lover and owner of a golden retriever. I begged my parents growing up to get our family a dog...luckily after all of my persistence, my mom and dad finally gave in. My family got two dogs within a few weeks of one another, a Chocolate Lab and a Brittany. Both had a lot of energy and were very loving. Of course, the dogs came with the responsibilities which I happily took on. I loved taking them for walks, meal time, playing fetch in the yard, and even the poop scoopin' duties. Currently, I work from home and get to spend all day with my golden retriever Stark. I want to help the other working dog moms and dads in my community who don't have the luxury of being home with their dog every day. If you want help to take your dog out to go potty, go for a walk, snuggle, just visit, or play, then I'm the one for you!! I work from home and can be available as needed as long as it's not during a scheduled conference call - gotta keep my day job. I'm pretty flexible but also don't mind a routine schedule if that would benefit you. If any dog steps it's paws in to my home or yard, I'll treat them like a part of my own family. Just seeing a dog puts a smile on my face. I have a large home with wood floors. There's also a large nearby fenced-in dog park a few miles from my house where I take my golden retriever to really run off the zoomies. I love my dog and I'm obsessed with him. Every photo on my phone is of my dog, my kids, or food, the three loves of my life...oh and my husband, he's got a few photos in there too.
“Taylor was wonderful with Louise. She came everyday, kept his bowl filled and spent time with him. Was very pleased with her service and she sent a bunch of photos. Thanks Taylor!!”

About: We have been loving and caring for dogs for a long time. Big and small dogs; young and old. Our son and 7 year old dog are welcoming I am currently working from home and Bryan works part time. Our son is home schooled at this time, therefore, we have time and energy to help other dogs and other families We have a large yard in a quiet neighborhood; part of our yard is fenced and other part is open for additional exercise. I currently work part-time and I don’t have school during the summer so I am free most week days. I am also available on various weekends depending on my other job’s schedule. I create a safe environment in client’s homes by ensuring the dog has nothing dangerous within reach. Keeping a clean and safe space helps the both the dog and owner feel more at ease.
About: I’m experienced with both cats and dogs, house sitting and plant sitting if needed. I have a senior cat myself and two other younger cats but I also grew up around dogs and love to dog sit and take dogs on walks when the weather permits. My schedule is usually very flexible. I’m a full time student and I’m working part time from home in the Miami area. As long as I have a solid Wi-Fi or data connection for a hotspot I’m good to go. If there isn’t already explicit instructions my usual schedule would be to walk the dogs every 2-4 hours (puppies more than that till their potty trained) and feed the animals as instructed. Cats and dogs both need their daily playtime as well. I’m willing to spend the night if you’d prefer or just come and spend the workday with them 12+ hours a day.

I always ensure their safety and well-being is my top priority, no matter the setting.

Heather is absolutely amazing! She was so through during our meet and greet. She was fantastic with our fur babies, gave amazing updates while we were away. We got so many photos of them. She really helped to put our anxiety at easy of leaving our senior cats for a week. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone, she is a fantastic pet sitter.

Awnna took great care of our cats! She administered meds to one of our cats that required 2 visits per day. She fed and played with them and made sure water bowls were filled and litter boxes scooped. Awnna did a wonderful job and we would definitely have her take care of our kitties again!
