“What was supposed to be a regular drop in visit turned into an emergency, our dog ended up getting into bag of Cosequin. Jess couldn’t have handled it any better. She called poison control for us, stayed on the phone with them for hrs, kept us updated the entire time. Then she even offered to stay the night with our dog to make sure he is ok. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be there in the time of need. Definitely will be re-booking with her. Thank you Jess”
