Communication & Updates After each visit, you’ll receive an update through the Rover app, including at least one photo. I’m responsive and proactive, and I will reach out promptly if anything outside the norm arises. Additional Home Support Upon request, I’m happy to assist with light home tasks such as bringing in packages or mail and watering plants. Small details that help everything run smoothly while you’re away. Availability Weekdays: Early mornings, late afternoons, and evenings Weekends & Holidays: Early mornings, midday, afternoons, and evenings Note: To maintain a high level of service, I intentionally limit the number of clients taken at one time.

In-Home Pet Care Only At this time, I provide personalized care exclusively in my clients’ homes. This allows pets to remain comfortable in their familiar environment while receiving attentive, reliable care. Areas Served I primarily serve West Madison, Middleton, Verona, and West Middleton. Keys & Entry Codes Many of my regular clients request that I keep their keys or entry codes on file for convenience. All keys are securely labeled by pet name only and are never traceable to an address, prioritizing your home’s security. Confidentiality & Trust Discretion and professionalism are core to my services. I work with a diverse range of clients and households, and every family, regardless of background, receives the same high level of care, respect, and attention to detail.

This was my first time using a cat sitter and Rover, but Jennifer was a lovely option for my 9 month old cat. She offered a meet and greet to meet me and my cat, which made me comfortable to confirm my booking with her! During my vacation, she was attentive, communicative, and went the extra mile. I’ll be booking with her again in the future!

Programa
AVAILABILITY: Pet care visits are available during the morning, midday, late afternoon and evenings during both weekdays and weekends. Visit times are scheduled to be meet your pet needs. At times, I do travel (for work or pleasure) and will not be available; however, I only take on selected number of clients to ensure that your pets receive the BEST CARE. MEET AND GREET: A meet and greet is recommended to ensure that your pets needs are met. Meet and greets are best scheduled during the evenings and weekends. The meet and greet is a great time for you and your pet(s) to meet me. It helps to decrease the stress and anxiety during the first visit. During the meet and greet, we can review your pet(s) needs, including feeding schedule, medicine, etc. At that time, we can do a key/code exchange, as well.
