She took our cat to the backyard on a harness for walks at our request, played with him, brushed him, fed him, and gave us great photos of all of this to boot—even some action shots. We came home and he was totally at ease, clearly having just made a new friend. She took up our offer to do a meet and greet and was very communicative and thorough in all aspects. She even noticed when the litter robot was getting low on litter and offered to replenish it, even though she hadn’t deal with one before. He also requires medication twice a day. Kristy has been brilliant. Lloyd is a little skittish but we have come home and clearly he is extremely settled. She knew our little guy Ralphie, (a very sensitive and socially needy pandemic kitten) was a concern for us when we were gone, because he really needs lots of love and attention, and she sent daily updates along with photos of both boys, and videos of playtime. We felt so at ease knowing she was there with them, and focusing on doing whatever they needed, and it really gave us the opportunity to relax, knowing our little guys were happy at home. We cannot recommend her enough and we will 100% reach out to Ashley the next time we need to go out of town. She was an absolute delight and we are so grateful to have found her!
