“We loved Kayla. More importantly, Finn loved her! Kayla stayed in our home to take care of our cat, for a week, while we were away. We felt comfortable the first time she came over for a meet and greet. She kept in contact with daily pictures and updates. It was clear when we returned home that Kayla had treated our home as her own. She had even washed the towels for us. It actually seemed as though Finn missed her once we returned home. She may have given him a little more playtime than we do! We definitely recommend Kayla for your pets—just not when we need her! 😹”

I felt so awful, but she handled it with professionalism and understanding. We were gone for a week, which was a long time for Marshmallow, but she was in great spirits when we got home and had even become accustomed to her daily treat time that she would have with Taya. I would recommend Taya and hope to work with her again!!”
