It speaks volumes that she has fostered a dog for about a year. Her and her daughter are lovely people and you can tell they're genuine dog lovers. It's a bonus that Louise has a nice yard and lives in a quiet area with trails nearby. During my dog Maisie's stay, she consistently updated me with quality pictures and videos. Maisie has separation-anxiety and doesn't always have an appetite in new environments. I was relieved when I received a picture of her eating her breakfast on day one, and was able to fully enjoy my trip. It also warmed my heart to see Maisie getting cuddles. The ONLY reason Louise doesn't have a ton of repeat customers is because she's just starting out on Rover. If you ask me, it's only a matter of time. When leaving Venti for the first time with someone who was not family, I was so weary but Sherri did the most wonderful job at sending so many photos, playing with Venti, listening and being so thoughtful to the instructions and even doing a cute photo on the day of my wedding of Venti congratulating Josh and I! Sherri went above and beyond and I could not recommend Sherri and Jeff enough for being the best care takers of pets!! Venti is usually a worried little guy but got a long so great and joyfully too!
Rhonda is the best! She watched my dog Zoey for 2 nights and was so generous. We forgot to bring toys with us so Rhonda’s son bought my dog a toy to play with. Zoey is also a picky eater and tends to eat less at a sitter’s house, so Rhonda baked her some chicken and scrambled eggs to encourage her to eat. Rhonda also let us pick-up our dog later than we agreed after our flight was delayed. She went above and beyond for sure. Much appreciated.
Ashley kept in communication with us during our entire out-of-state vacation, sending us updates and photos of our fur baby Cali. This helped to reassure us Cali was safe and happy during her 12-day stay. We could tell Cali feels like part of the family in Ashley's home. When we picked her up after our trip, she appeared healthy, happy, and well taken care of, with no signs of stress at all.
Lucy and funny made their self at home. So nice to find someone who cares for my dogs as much as I do. I won’t ever have to worry when I need to leave town without them. Adrianna did above and beyond for her care. Love how they felt comfortable enough to play with your 4 year old. That is all about you. The only time Franny has nipped is when she is afraid. Franny was abused and is blind in one eye.
