“This was my first time leaving any pet with anyone other than a family member and admittedly I was a little nervous about how it would all go. Our 5 month old puppy Sophie had an absolute blast staying with Jennifer, her family, and her dogs. Jennifer even sent me a few videos of Sophie running and playing with their puppy and older dog. My worries were put to ease when we arrived for drop off and there was a decorated chalk board outside saying “Welcome Sophie”. That little personalized thoughtful touch nearly made me tear up. “Liz is wonderful!!!! Liz made every effort to make sure Iris felt at home during her stay while we were on an 11 day trip. She actually did so well that I think Iris felt it was her new home! There was an Iris instigated incident that Liz handled with grace and professionalism and she made sure all were safe and ok, which they were. Apparently, Iris can sometimes be a bit of a spoiled only-child diva! Dogs will be dogs, and Liz understood and made sure all involved were aware and made an action plan for the future. Throughout the stay, Liz sent daily updates and photos which showed Iris comfortable and happy! I hope Iris gets to visit again soon!”
