About: As a lifelong animal lover who grew up with dogs. I gained hands on experience pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors. My goal through out my time with your pet is making sure they feel safe, supported, and loved during the time their people are away. I am currently working part time and have plenty of free time during my summer break from school. I love connecting with animals and would love to include your pet into my daily schedule. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a child. I love spending time with them. I now have more time on my hands and would love to spend it caring for dogs who need some TLC. I had a senior pug who sadly rent over the rainbow bridge last year. The last few years she was with me, I had to give her medication, take care of her eyes and give her a special diet. I also had a lab who developed cancer and needed medication and a special diet. I feel I would be a perfect person to care for special needs dogs. I am retired so I have time to care for your pet from my home with frequent walks and/or bathroom breaks around our 5 acre property. I live on 5 acres. I do not have a fenced yard but take multiple walks throughout the day so your dog would be safely walked on a leash.

About: I’ve grown up around animals of every kind! My parents call me “the animal whisperer”! :) I have three dogs of my own, so I’m strong in the dog care department, and I’ve dog sat dogs of all types, sizes, and ages. And those with disabilities and special needs! I would love to meet and take care of your animals! :) I also have previous experience working at a doggy daycare in Lynden, WA called Rover Stay Over, so I’m your girl if you’re wanting an entertained and happy pup once I’m done with them! I currently live with a cat and am completely comfortable with them as well! I don’t have experience cat sitting them, but I’m confident in my abilities! :) I’m currently working part-time! So, I should be able to find time in my schedule for your pups. Typically on weekends I work 6-7 hour shift, I open and end around 2-3 (typically, not always), but I’ll of course let you know if there are any problems or interferences! I’m also a college student! Weekdays do work for me, I’m available evenings everyday and Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings! I typically start out by making sure the dog trusts me. Letting it sniff my hand, etc. But usually I have the go ahead once belly rubs are introduced. I love playing with dogs, so if you have any dog toys for them I love to go outside with them once I know they trust me and play a bit! Other than keeping the dog entertained with playing, I love some good puppy cuddles, so if your dog does too, I’m the girl for the job. A dog’s and the owner’s trust and comfortability is my top priority! So, I love to collaborate and talk with the owner before meeting the dog, just to know how to best approach the situation!

About: I have experience pet sitting animals with special needs such as administering prescription medication, following specific diet instructions, and following rules for the animals safety and comfort — Eample: Not petting a dogs backside due to pain or discomfort.— I handle all sizes, big and small. ⭐ I want to ensure my clients feel at ease knowing their pet(s) are safe and taken care of. 🌟 What to expect when you hire me... - I will send a minimum of 1 photo a day of your pet(s). - If your pet has any incident —Vomiting, house accident, fight, agression, abnormal behavior— you will be informed; transparancy is key to trust. Even the small things can matter. - I would like to have at least one meet with your pet(s) for 15 minutes; I want your pets (especially dogs) to understand I am friendly, safe and here to care for them. 💖 Some things I will ask before a vist, but not limited to: -Where are cleaning supplies in case of a house accident. -Does your pet try to run out the door? - Any prescription medications, or supplements? -Does your animal have stots he/she doesn't like to be touched? I'm currently a senoir in highschool doing online/hybrid learning. So I'll have plenty of flexibility in schedule. I have far too much free time and love pet sitting! 💖 I offer overnight stays in the homes of clients, I'd love opportunity to have real reason to be with your critters for hours on end. Having access to wifi during stay would be ideal so that I could do my virtual school work while pet sitting.

About: I've been an animal person my whole life; from originally wanting to be a vet (decided to pivot due to the sadness that probably comes from being a vet) to caring for pets of my own. I've always felt I've been able to understand animals better than most people. I think it stems from my ability to innately understand their non-verbal communication. Hence, the Dolittle reference. A typical day in my home is calm, comfortable, and centered around the pet’s normal routine. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, a clean space, plenty of attention, and time to play or relax depending on their personality. I’m happy to follow any specific routines you have at home so your pet feels as comfortable and familiar as possible. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box or potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions from their owner. I also pay close attention to their behavior and comfort level, giving them plenty of affection when they want it and space when they need it.
