“Leslie was amazing with my two pups and such a great find for a last minute booking! She was accommodating and great with communication. This was my first time using Rover and I was not sure how my pups would be with a new person as one of them can be anxious. They warmed up to Leslie right away and there were no issues. I appreciated the detailed check ins and pictures at every visit and felt very reassured my dogs were being well taken care of. I will definitely be using Leslie again! Highly recommend!”

“Camille did a wonderful job pet sitting our two cats! The updates she sent showed the cats happy and engaged, even our shy gal. I would recommend her and use her services again!”

“Lizz was very attentive and tailored her cat sitting to our cats’ needs, as opposed to a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Lizz was very helpful with handling other miscellaneous requests around our house - unrelated to cat sitting. Lizz is very personable and friendly, and we felt very comfortable leaving her with our fur babies and access to our home. We will definitely request Lizz in the future!”

About: I’ve grown up taking care of all kinds of pets and I have a really big heart for all kinds of animals. I truly love animals and I am so excited to start watching them! Right now I am currently working only 5 times a week for about 4-6 hours each day. I have a very open schedule so I thought this would be an amazing opportunity to do what I love. I would need to know the personality of the pet I am watching to know how to handle it. But I would take care of your pets the way you would want me too
About: Hello! My name is Lauren and I have been taking care of animals on and off since I was a little girl. I have sat for puppies, seniors, cats, dogs, and everything in between. I have a bird and three dogs of my own, including a Saint Bernard. I love animals and I am hoping to get to meet some new ones. Right now, I am home from college in Seattle for the summer. I am currently taking bookings for any day of the week and at any time! Because of my flexible schedule, I am able to take pets on walks/potty breaks as often as needed. I always make an effort to tidy up toys or the home in general before leaving and I am very comfortable crating/feeding/playing with dogs of any size.
About: Even though I am studying Marine Biology I have a passion for all animals. From dogs and cats to rats and reptiles, even insects and arachnids. When my family got our puppy and COVID gifted us with 4 cats I deep dove into animal body language, boundaries, training, needs, and a variety of other things. I also have some experience with newborn kitten care when they don't have a mom to provide. I have helped with thepittieprojectpnw (which is an amazing nonprofit that focuses on rescuing pit bulls on death row or has come from a bad situation to give them a second chance. So I've dealt with reactive dogs, that are not comfortable around other dogs/humans and are traumatized/healing from an experience. I also have some experience with dogs with health problems. One of my dogs has EPI and the other has diabetes. Just with humans, I believe its crucial to learn about animal's emotional, physical, and health needs. Pets or not. I work part time as a lifeguard, my schedule changes every 3 months or so but otherwise it’s consistent weekly, the longest days I work are 5 hours. I mainly work on weekends but can always coordinate with you if you need someone for the weekend. I find it important to know the boundaries and needs of animals and to know when to back off and just let them be. (within reason). I am careful with what and who pets interact with. I like to slowly introduce myself and let them come to me. I am also very careful about what has been left out/what a pet could get into and ingest.
About: My pet care experience began when I joined a humane society volunteer program where I worked for 6 years and became a shift lead. Later, I worked at a doggy daycare and overnight pet hotel. There I worked with specific dog’s needs and care as well as managed a group of up to 60 free-roaming dogs (yes, it was as amazing as it sounds) I have worked as a pet sitter and dog walker for most of my life, and I have experience with a variety of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I have also worked with horses for most of my life and in the summers I care for horses on a large farm. They are pretty much a bunch of big, funny, puppies. I am formally trained in: -Dog first aide and CPR -Dog, cat, and small animal body language and care -Dog Bathing -Basic obedience training I am currently a recent WWU graduate working a part-time job. Being in my gap year after school, most of my time is flexible and social. I’m looking to fill some of my free time working with cute pets! While I do have a good foundation in general pet care, pet safety, and dog behavior, I prioritize the individual needs of the dog. I may have experience with many pets but no one knows your dog better than you. Care, to me, is about open communication and making sure your pup is happy!
About: I really enjoy meeting all kinds of cats and dog and appreciate their quirky personalities. It's especially great when I get the change to develop relationships with them from repeat connections. I'm current unemployed and will likely be working online part-time, seeking work, or doing online research projects. So, my time and place are very flexible. One of my dogs is difficult/unpredictable with other dogs, so I'm likely to do care away. (My dogs are probably a little TOO interested in cats.)

About: I am a nurse in real life with lots of downtime and ready to also take care of your furry loved one. I have plenty of experience dog sitting all types of dogs in my home and love to do so to keep me company as well. I am a nurse with lots of free time for your beloved pet. I have a week off every other week and I’m available every Saturday. I’m also available all mornings and afternoons. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with almost everyone owning an animal. My apartment is one the 1st floor so no stairs or elevators required and I do have a large fenced patio. There is a large on-leash dog area across from my apartment with tons of walking trails as well. My apartment is very spacious and I allow pets in my furniture/bed. I’m around to ensure the safety of your pet whether in my home or yours. When it comes to dog walking, I always check surroundings and pick the safest routes away from busy streets/areas.

“Madelyne went above and beyond taking care of my cat. She exceeded my expectations, as well as sent me daily text messages, videos, and pictures of my precious Julia. 10 out of 10 stars for sure. I highly recommend her if you want your pet more than well taken care of. ❤️❤️I’ll definitely use her again.”

About: I have grown up in a house full of cats and dogs, so I am no stranger to the late night zoomies or hairball. I have dog and cat sit my whole life and still love it! I am currently unemployed and doing side hustles, I have the time to dog walk, cat sit and stay the night if needed! I would love to take care of your pets! I live in a spacious apartment but prefer to pet sit at the clients place. I have one cat at home and have raised her since she kitten.
“Jada was wonderful with my pets, who can be a little challenging. Her attention to detail and communication made my animals fall in love with her and gave me to peace of mind to be present for an out of town memorial. Thank you, Jada!!”

“Heather was a thoughtful and caring sitter for my two kitties. She took time to build trust with my shy kitty and provided detailed reports with each visit. She followed my care instructions and played with them each time she stopped by. We’ve had a bad experience in the past with a kitty sitter so I was quite anxious. Heather put me at ease and knowing my fuzzy faces were in good hands made my vacation that much better. Thank you Heather!!!”

“Sebastian is great! Super flexible, reliable, and our doggo just loves him! He goes above and beyond to play and entertain and care for our baby when we have to work. Continuing to use his services for the duration of our stay in Bellingham!”

About: I have a 9 year old golden retriever who I’ve taken care of since he was a puppy. I also have experience sitting small and medium sized dogs as well as cats, and most of my experience has been with dog walking. On weekdays I am home after 3pm, and on weekends I am almost always available! I am able to be booked for walks for the same day, but I would prefer afternoon walks to be booked the morning of. My dog is a golden retriever with boundless energy, so I am used to long walks around 3-5 miles. I have a lot of experience with reactive dogs, so I am mindful of that when planning my route and throughout the walk. I always try my best to avoid busy roads and hot pavement, and I keep water and basic first aid with me on every walk. I am happy to provide photo updates and GPS location during the walk as well.
“I had a great experience with Juliana! She stepped in on short notice and was incredibly communicative with setting up her checking in on my pup! She sent photos and went above and beyond to look after my dog! Highly recommend!”

“I hesitate to leave my cat with anyone outside the family. She’s an anxious little beastie. But Jewel was so wonderful with her, even bringing her little boy by for loves - my cat loves kids. Thank you, Jewel. My kitty stayed healthy and well while we were away and you’re now part of the pack. (Pride?)”
