About: Training my two aussie shepherd girls is a passion of mine, we herd sheep a couple times a week. I am proud to say I can keep up with them, although raising an aussie puppy is not for the faint of heart! They deserve adventures so I take them to new places with new smells and I would be happy to help your pup experience the world in a new way too! If you're not comfortable with that, they are safe in my home too 💚 Pet care is a full-time job and I treat it as such. Fur babies in my home get enrichment via toys, puzzles, treats and exercise- happy to train your doggo under 90lbs to use our treadmill! We go out to herd a few times a week and get outdoors every day, rain or shine :) My pets are my family. They deserve to be safe, healthy, and comfortable. I understand that it is a deep honor to afford them the freedom and attention they deserve and I dont take the responsibility lightly.

About: My goal is to provide an environment where I would feel good about dropping my pup off at (they are our children after all!). My condo is small but there is no shortage of fuzzy blankets, pets, and walks! Besides my dog, I never host more than one dog in my home at a time. I adopted my dog from the shelter over 10 years ago and makes sure he had plenty of cozy places to sleep, snacks, and walks! I current work from home, so I’m generally around most of the day besides going for a run. I often run in the morning, during lunch, or after work but this can be flexible to suit the needs of the animals! If your dog can run I will happily take them on a run with the me! :) I adopted my sweet Fox (Chihuahua mix) from the Oregon Humane Society over 10 years ago and he has been my best bud always by my side through all of life’s ups and downs and moves across states! He is approximately 12-13 years old, friendly, calm, and loves people. I live in a small condo but very close to walking areas, a lake, and a dog park.

About: I have always had dogs! We live in the Silver Beach neighborhood and have recently lost our sweet little poodle and now that our children are grown and gone, I feel I can provide a safe, reliable, and fun space for dog parents who need a sitter. I am a homemaker who enjoys, hiking, and biking and being in the outdoors. I travel to see our son who is in college at UNC but for the most part am here in Bellingham and available for dog sitting. I have a fenced in yard in a safe neighborhood with lots of trails near my house for off leash or if it’s more important, leashed walks. Also, I love doggie cuddles.

Dogs stay cage-free during the day in a cozy lounge designed just for them, with a large tv that plays dog friendly shows, couches, beds, toys, dog puzzles and more. I also make homemade treats and food that your dog is welcome to while they stay here. We’ll also enjoy leashed adventures on my 2.5-acre property. Cats have their own spacious room with climbing trees, cozy beds, scratching posts, and large windows for bird-watching. If your pet needs quiet time or special care, I offer private spaces and tailor everything to their needs. About: Hello! My name is Melina and we have a 4-year old Vizsla, Rasco, who loves to sleep, play and follow us on adventures. Your pup will be treated as one of ours, with lots of play time, attention and cuddles. If you have a high-energy dog, he'll fit right in as well, as I go on longer hikes every day with Rasco. In the winter we often cross country ski and in the summer we bike, hike, go to lakes and anything else that's fun! We've got tons of dog toys and dog beds available. Pets are allowed on furniture, and we don't have/use crates as I will mostly be home and around. If you would like to bring your own crate, that is totally fine as well! We have a fenced in yard with a doggie door too, so they have space to play outside as well when we're not out on a walk or a hike. I am happy to answer other questions you may have, just let me know! I currently am taking time off work and have unlimited availability when in town. I am very flexible and open for new bookings and I would love to help care for your pets going into this spring! I will be going to hikes, walks and other adventures depending on needs. We have a fenced backyard and a doggie door, so dogs are always able to get outside anytime. I will usually be home during the day with the dogs, but if I need to run any errands, I will not be out for more than 2 hours.

About: I grew up with dogs my entire life, and I am a responsible cat owner. I work at home and will be available to give your pet the care they deserve :) I work from home, so I am very flexible. I can come to your place, your pet can be housed at mine, or I can come walk your dog at odd hours of the day. I have a 2-bedroom apartment to myself, and I currently have a sweet cat named Trufflepig who is 3 and gets along with both dogs and cats. She can easily be separated if your pup or kitty doesn’t like other animals. I live in a neighborhood that is very dog friendly with a park close by and a fenced in yard a block away where your dog can run.

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was a kid, and to this day, I'm the go-to pet sitter in my family. I have a small dog who’s 4 years old and is very friendly with other dogs, cats, kids, and more. I’ve had him since he was a puppy and personally potty trained him, so I have plenty of experience with puppies. While I haven’t personally cared for a senior dog yet I have lots of free time and am confident I can give any senior dog with the care he or she needs. I'm currently doing some online classes, and I'm unemployed because I'm new to the Bellingham area so I have a bunch of free time to spend with your dogs. I live in an apartment so | don't have a yard for your pup to play in but I'll take your dog on walks very often and I personally take my dog to the dog park very regularly and would love to take yours too if you'd like.

About: We've raised Bruce, an Aussie-lab mix since 2016, and recently hosted a family members 2 corgis for 6 months during 2020. Prior to Bruce, I helped train our family Chihuahua beginning in 2010. I follow the positive encouragement training method, and love endless unique personalities of our furry companions. During 2020 we've been working from home, and love taking Bruce out for a 1.5mi 30min walk during lunch. There's many great trails in our neighborhood, and we love exploring all the new trails we can find. We have a fenced yard and the friendliest dog EVER! He literally loves everyone! He's a great walking companion, and loves being in the great outdoors

About: I grew up with dogs and cats, and have been a pet parent throughout adulthood. I have a deep love and affection for animals, and often look after the pets of family and friends as their trusted caretaker. I call myself a "whisperer" because I feel I've always known how to 'communicate' with domesticated animals and earn their trust. I'm an adjunct instructor at WWU with enough flexibility in my schedule to be available for pet care most of the time. As I considered alternative work for myself, I thought I should consider what I love to do, and pet sitting/dog walking feels like a great fit for me. I currently have a 2 year old female rescue dog who I'm 90% sure is a puggle, and 2 beautiful male cats. Traditionally I've owned boxers, but I love both big and small dogs of all kinds, puppies to seniors, as well as cats and most other pets (perhaps not insects...!). I'm reliable, friendly, patient, and love to walk, so frequent or long dog walks suit me fine. I have a flexible schedule and am available to look after your fur babies day and/or night, including day care, drop ins, boarding and house sitting. I have a pet-friendly home with a fenced yard in a safe neighborhood with parks and trails close by. I'm home much of the time so my pets get a lot of attention and care, are fed on schedule, and I'm up to date on all vaccinations. My home is clean, cozy and safe.

About: I’m a big animal lover! I’ve had plenty of pet sitting jobs before and I’ve grown up in a house full of pets as well. I’m currently working full time but I will be transitioning into working part time soon in order to finish my BA online. So my availability will open up a lot more! I live in a pet friendly apartment, with cats, dogs, and even reptiles. We are just walking distance from parks and the waterfront for walking needs. Our house is quiet and we keep a tidy home, mainly because my partner and I like to clean all the time.
