About: I have had dogs my whole life. My soul-dog passed away last year and I would like to spend time taking care of your soul-dog. <3 I am well versed in reward based/clicker training. I can handle larger dogs and know to give reactive dogs the space they need. I like walking in the woods and on trails and would love to take your pup on a walk. I usually work in person 3 days a week and the other 4 days I spend working for myself from home or doing other hobbies. I have a very flexible schedule that works well for drop in visits/walks. About: I've been an animal person my whole life; from originally wanting to be a vet (decided to pivot due to the sadness that probably comes from being a vet) to caring for pets of my own. A typical day in my home is calm, comfortable, and centered around the pet’s normal routine. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, a clean space, plenty of attention, and time to play or relax depending on their personality. I’m happy to follow any specific routines you have at home so your pet feels as comfortable and familiar as possible. I care for pets by following their normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box or potty breaks, playtime, and any special instructions from their owner. I also pay close attention to their behavior and comfort level, giving them plenty of affection when they want it and space when they need it.
