Come stay on our farm!
We are a family of four people, 2 kids, one young friendly spaniel, a new kitten, and some chickens. Dogs are a large part of our lives, from the morning walk to playing throughout the day, we love our animals. We have a 2 year old spaniel who just recently lost her buddy, our 13 year old terrier. She is missing her buddy and would be overjoyed to have someone to come play. She truly enjoys when friendly dogs come to stay. We just recently adopted a very sweet and fun kitten who isn’t afraid of other dogs. We know how hard it is to leave our babies in someone else’s care. Our older dog couldn’t handle traditional boarding facilities and so we were always leaving him with good friends we trusted. We love that we can now provide an in home option for other fur family members and ease the worry for others in the community. We have two younger daughters who love all animals, especially dogs and cats. Does your dog love to hike? We can provide a more satisfying adventure in the woods during weekdays as well. Who doesn’t love a tired pup!

Safety, trust & environment
As mentioned, someone can be home with your pet during the day. The dogs are never left outside unattended. We live on farmland on a rural road; the dogs that stay here will be leashed walked and play/run if they require exercise safely.

Melissa and Ryan are very communicative with photos and videos during our roadtrip and our Charlie seems right at home in their care. Very grateful they could pick him up and drop him off for me.
I really appreciated Ryan taking the time to meet our dogs before our first drop in visit. We came home to 2 very happy and settled dogs who didn’t seem to notice that we had been gone for 11 hours. Would definitely use them again when we have to be gone for extended periods of time. Now Ryan knows the dogs love of playing fetch, they might up the ante next time! Thank you again.
Melissa and Ryan took excellent care of my cats while I was on vacation. This was my first Rover experience, and they made it feel completely seamless from start to finish. They were very accommodating, took the time to do a meet and greet beforehand, and made me feel confident leaving my cats in their care. I also really appreciated the detailed recaps and photos, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. They did a fantastic job, and I would absolutely book with them again. Highly recommend!
Our kitty greeted Melissa and her kiddos everyday at the door the way he greets my husband and I so I could tell that he enjoyed their company. He was even ready to play when we got home which made it apparent that he got used to the routine of playing with them everyday. Melissa is a great communicator and kept us informed of everything going on and provided excellent updates and photos for us each day. We’ll definitely book with them again.
It’s clear Daisy loves her time with Melissa and Ryan’s family. She is pumped to see them each time. They’re very communicative and clearly can handle a high energy dog. Thank you!
Melissa has taken great drop-in care of our two Siamese cats while we were on two trips so far. She follows our care instructions and gives us timely updates with pictures and notes about what happened each visit. I will definitely use her again!

Schedule
Melissa works partime and has over 15 years experience working in the medical field (with humans). We can be home with your pet throughout the day making sure they are happy and content. We walk and run our own dog several times a day and will the same for yours if requested.
