About: I'm in college, studying to be a Veterinary Technician. I've had many types of animals and I've been caring for animals as a way to make money for several years- predominantly dogs. I am free on weekends. I'm usually free on Wednesday and Monday. I'm available at 1pm on Tuesdays, and I'm available on Fridays and Thursdays after 4pm. My cat is indoors, and I make a great deal of effort to keep her that way (she tries to escape a lot). I make sure to keep her happy and entertained, just as I do with my client's pets. When I am in a client's home I ensure adequate care and their animal's safety.

About: I am a mom of two (part-time) I share custody with their dad, when I have free time I like to keep busy! I’ve owned a dog since I was little ranging from small to big. I have had plenty of interactions with others pets too such as cats, birds, and fish. I love animals! I’m not certified in training but have taken beginner level dog train courses. I practice positive reinforcement, I’ve had experience with potty training and crate training. I love walking, playing fetch, hide and seek or any other games your animals love to enjoy to get energy out. I also enjoy just cuddling :) Pet care is a natural part of my lifestyle. I enjoy being active, spending time outdoors, and building routines, so caring for animals fits seamlessly into my day. Whether it’s early morning walks, playtime in the afternoon, or evening check-ins, I prioritize giving pets consistent attention and affection. In a client’s home, I follow their pet’s established routine closely to make sure the transition feels smooth and stress-free. I provide fresh food and water, regular potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of play and snuggle time. I also keep the space clean, tidy, and safe. If I’m housesitting, I respect the home as if it were my own and make sure pets feel comfortable, cared for, and never alone for long stretches.

About: Hi I'm Katie! Also known as that British lady! I have owned dogs my entire life, usually always two at a time. I currently have one of my own after losing three elderly dogs in the last few years. I now only have Ernie a chihuahua cross i rescued from Kansas in 2017. I've had experience with various breeds and fostered ex racer greyhounds for a while in the U.K. I also have two indoor/outdoor cats I rescued as kittens from local feral cat litters. I finish work for the Summer in June and can offer drop in services up to three times a day for dogs, cats and smaller furries if you live in the local area, Maple Falls etc. These can be whilst you’re at work to give your beloved pet a potty break or they can be for longer stretches of time while you vacation so you can feel secure your dogs are in their own home safe and comfortable. I can also board dogs in my own home from all over Whatcom county if they are dog/cat/responsible kid friendly. I have a fenced in yard and a very dog friendly house! I finish work for the summer in June and have a lot of availability for both walks, drop ins and boarding! From June 12th my schedule really opens up! I have a fenced yard and a dog friendly home. I have two dog friendly cats who are indoor and outdoor and tolerated living with four dogs and two kids. Dogs are allowed on my sofa and bed but only if you allow that at home… I don’t want to create bad habits!

I grew up caring for neighborhood pups, giving them daily walks and love which fueled my admiration for them. I love spending time with animals because of how much we learn from each other. I spent summers working on a farm where I learned to work with all animals - great and small. From draft horses to cattle to chinchillas to fish to llamas to birds and bunny rabbits - I have worked with many types of animals. With dogs, I have cared for and train dogs from dachshunds to Great Pyrenees and so many breeds in between. I have worked with animals for over 15 years time as a caretaker. I volunteer at an animal shelter where I get to work with lots of different breeds. I have experience working with dogs which need a little bit of extra help on their manners or that have come from an abusive situation, creating a calm and trusting atmosphere for them where they can thrive. I find that not just do I love spending time with animals but that I grow as a person working with them. I am also available for pet sitting of animals other then dogs, as well. About: When I was 7 years-old, my family added a new member, a golden retriever, Finnagin. Dogs have been in my family ever since. I do my best to stay present and connect with each animal I meet. I also have 12 years of house sitting experience, with a goal of leaving each home in the same shape & cleaner than it was upon my arrival. Past experiences have taught me how to help animals adjust to their owners being gone. Diligently maintaining normal routines and providing consistent interaction are my main methods. My 9 year-old beagle, Willow & I are new to the area and have fallen in love with hiking on Washington trails. I'd love to get your dog some exercise while housesitting. This can happen with or without Willow, she's great around other animals. I also have extensive experience caring for cats, chickens, birds, turtles, iguana's, and more. If provided specific care instructions, I'll gladly make sure all of their needs are met during your trip. Most of my full-time work can be done via computer, so I'm able to be with your pets for most of the hours you are gone. I will provide photos/video updates so that you can rest easy knowing everything is being taken care of at home and your pet is safe.
