About: I have grown up with both dogs and cats my whole life, and I will love your pets as I loved mine. I had two dogs and two cats, and loved them with all of my heart. I love walks and exercise and will make sure that your pet will be healthy and happy. I am in a home with no other animals, and will make sure that your pet gets all of the attention he or she needs. About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I grew up with 3 dogs and taking care of animals is a passion of mine. I have taken care of dogs that have cancer and other health issues so I am comfortable with giving medications and working with challenges that may arise with any dog! I live with a cat that I take care of daily and when I am back home, I am the fulltime caregiver for my 3 dogs. I know a dog's routine and what they need to happy and healthy, and I work around their schedule with anything I have going on. In your home I will respect it and treat it like my own. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
