I currently have one of my own after losing three elderly dogs in the last few years. I now only have Ernie a chihuahua cross i rescued from Kansas in 2017. I've had experience with various breeds and fostered ex racer greyhounds for a while in the U.K. I also have two indoor/outdoor cats I rescued as kittens from local feral cat litters. I finish work for the Summer in June and can offer drop in services up to three times a day for dogs, cats and smaller furries if you live in the local area, Maple Falls etc. These can be whilst you’re at work to give your beloved pet a potty break or they can be for longer stretches of time while you vacation so you can feel secure your dogs are in their own home safe and comfortable. I can also board dogs in my own home from all over Whatcom county if they are dog/cat/responsible kid friendly. I have a fenced in yard and a very dog friendly house! I finish work for the summer in June and have a lot of availability for both walks, drop ins and boarding! From June 12th my schedule really opens up! I have a fenced yard and a dog friendly home. About: Hello! My name is Lauren and I have been taking care of animals on and off since I was a little girl. I have sat for puppies, seniors, cats, dogs, and everything in between. I have a bird and three dogs of my own, including a Saint Bernard. I love animals and I am hoping to get to meet some new ones. Right now, I am home from college in Seattle for the summer. I grew up with cats and as soon as I moved out, I adopted a rescue cat who was destined to be an only child in her forever home. My current work situation is a bit slow so I’m working part time with a somewhat inconsistent schedule. Usually I have the most availability to help with pet care in the afternoon and evening. I live in a densely populated neighborhood with many dogs, and with a highly reactive pup I am very safety conscious and accustomed to providing vigilant supervision both when my dog goes out on his own to potty or while on walks.
