I grew up with an Australian Shepherd who can be very anxious, so I’m used to being patient with nervous pets and helping them feel safe and comfortable. I’ve pet sat for animals of all different temperaments, including a cat with a more aggressive personality, so I understand the importance of respecting each animal’s boundaries and adapting to their individual needs. I love spending time outdoors and taking walks, and I know the Richmond area well. My goal is to provide dependable care for both your pet and your home, while making sure your pet feels happy, safe, and loved while you’re away! Because I set my own hours, I’m able to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week. In a client’s home, I’ll make sure your pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, and affection while keeping up with their feeding schedule and any specific instructions you provide. For cats staying in my home, I’ll provide a calm, safe environment where they can settle in at their own pace. Having lived with multiple cats of various personalities, I understand that some cats are social while others prefer their space, and I’m happy to accommodate both! I will stay in regular communication, providing updates and photos so you always know how they’re doing!
