About: I’ve been around and cared for animals for most of my life. In high school, I was part of a veterinary magnet program where I earned my CVA certification and got about two years of hands-on experience working as a vet tech. I spent around three years working in dog training as well. I pay attention to detail, meaning that I won’t just feed them and meet their basic needs; I will also share quality time with them so that they don’t feel alone, bored, or anxious while you’re gone. I’m a teacher, so I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your pet now in the summer time. I’m very active and enjoy a good long walk, but I’m also very calm and focused. Your pet will feel like they have a companion while also having their needs met. I can easily follow directions in terms of what your pet needs to be safe in their home. About: I used to do alot of babysitting for my next door neighbor with her dachshund and also around the neighborhood cats and dogs. I did it a lot in high school and through out the years. About: Hi, My name is Michael M. I just moved backed home to Miami. Since my first memories we have always owned dogs. My mom had a habit of picking up stray dogs. Her heart always broke when she saw a furry defenseless dog begging for food or needing shelter. My mom's big heart exposed me to many types of dogs all different sizes and temperament. I have been dog sitting for a while now and it's one of my favorite things to do. I am a realtor and I am able to work from home during the day while clients are working and when I am away it's for only a few hours at a time. I have a fenced yard. About: Caring for your pet is a joyful privilege. In general, the key is to observe their body language and to communicate to their understanding of things which is the most interesting part of it. My job is to keep your loved pet safe and engaged while developing a relationship with them over time. I will take care of all their food and potty needs, keep them lots of company every day and engaging with them throughout the day, and I will use my pet-caring experience and critical thinking skills to problem solve any rising issues with love. I work from home and therefore your pet is always in sight. All dogs and cats are given free range at home throughout the day and my household loves to give them attention. As a rule, we do not feed them human food and keep an eye on the them when the door is opened, although it is hard to escape from there. During walks I will not be distracted by my phone as you have to be alert for danger such as other dogs to avoid and stuff discarded on the floor. I am close to the airport in Miami and will send photos during the stay! *I actually tend to have a serious allergy to poodle sort of breeds* Thank you! I’m available for boarding throughout the month and, because I work from home, I can provide lots of company and many walks throughout the day, which I personally enjoy. Conveniently, I also live very centrally and close to the airport of Miami. To care for a pet in a home environment, the first thing is to ensure the pet’s safety from escape and hazards, particularly the floor and small tables. It's important to know where they are and what they are up to at all times. Another important factor is to make sure for the sturdiness of their leash against sudden thrusts (please provide a good leash). As of today, I have never had any serious problem with the pets under my care because I understand how delicate it is to be in charge for their well-being. Finally, nobody understands a pet better than the parents so all communication is welcome and encouraged.
