Since I am home full-time, I’m able to provide close supervision, companionship, frequent potty breaks, personalized playtime, walks, enrichment, and plenty of time to rest and relax. I intentionally care for only a small number of dogs at a time so each guest can receive individual attention and enjoy a calm, home-style environment. I do my best to keep feeding, potty, activity, and sleep routines as familiar as possible, helping every dog feel safe, comfortable, loved, and truly at home while their family is away. My home is clean, comfortable, and designed to help dogs feel safe and at ease in the 33172 area. One of its best features is the large, fully fenced backyard with a beautiful lake view, giving dogs plenty of space to explore, relax, and enjoy the outdoors. The front entrance is also gated, adding another layer of security. Guests can enjoy the open first floor and are welcome to relax comfortably on the couch or wherever they feel most at home. The surrounding area is great for peaceful walks, with plenty of interesting sights and smells along the way. Outdoor time and walks are adapted to each dog’s comfort level and behavior, so they can enjoy the environment safely and at their own pace. Because I intentionally care for only a small number of dogs at a time, I’m able to supervise closely and adapt each stay to your dog’s personality, routine, and needs.

About: Experienced sitter from puppy to senior furpup stages. I know all to well the needs of a puppy and patience with potty time. I also know the slower pace and support to give to a senior dog. Always placing my pups needs as a priority, I understand the care and responsibility you leave on me to take care of your pup. Flexible schedule allowing plenty of 1:1 walk and play time supervision. Triple gated private fence to the backyard . BOARDING ETIQUETTE- I am not awake 24hours. Any after hour texts that are non emergency text messages are $10 each. Coordinate times of drop off and pick up as they may require to be adjusted.( before 7am drop off or pick up is $40 extra. After 8:45om drop off or pick up is $40 extra. EST time zone applies) If your dog requires more than 3 walks, or over 20min each walk, please communicate this clearly in your booking request. For any overnight stays, please provide food and any dietary supplements or treats. Bringing the bed is optional as there are pup beds, bowls and toys available. An overall safe, mindful and fun environment. We are within 2min walking distance to two Animal Clinics or more veterinary clinics within a 5 min drive. Anned is truly amazing at what she does! From the very first moment she met Hans, she knew exactly how to approach him and make him feel comfortable. Tiphany was great !!! We left rio for a daycare and she is usually nervous without us but Tiphany took great care of her. She let us stay there until we were comfortable leaving rio behind. Tiphany is very sweet and honest about everything we asked. We will definitely leave rio with Tiphany again.
Matcha loooooves staying with Courtney. As soon as we pull up to her house, Matcha wiggles her butt in excitement for the all the fun she knows she’s about to have. She has her best buddy Lucy to hang out with all day, she goes for long walks and exploration activities, and has all her needs met by Courtney (feeding, training practice, mental stimulation, lots of cuddles and attention.) What I really like about having Courtney watch Matcha is that she’s very attentive. She gives me pupdates throughout the day with pictures and lets me know what she’s working on with Matcha. At the end of the day, when we pick up Matcha, she’s so tired from living her best life. I trust Courtney with my one year old pup, and I couldn’t imagine a better place for Matcha to spend her day while I’m at work. If you’re looking for a stress-free daycare visit, like I was, this is the right person for the job.
