About: Hi, I'm Van. I'm a filmmaker and artist based in Miami, and I've been around dogs my entire life. My mom worked at a dog daycare when I was growing up, so caring for dogs has always been part of my daily life. Over the years I've had all kinds of dogs, from German Shepherds and rescues to little Chihuahuas, and I've always loved being around them. I work from home, which allows me to give dogs plenty of attention throughout the day. Taking breaks from my computer to get outside and walk dogs is one of my favorite parts of the day. I have an incredibly well-trained 11-year-old German Shepherd named Trona who gets along great with other dogs and people. Over the last decade, we've averaged more than 2.5 miles of walking every day. Walking dogs isn't something I do occasionally, it's part of my routine and something I genuinely enjoy. I also help care for my mom's dogs and regularly assist my brother and sister with their pets. Whether your dog needs a long walk or exercise while you're away, or a safe place to stay, I'll treat them like they're my own. I live in a beautiful home in Miami Springs near the golf course, with plenty of quiet areas for walks and outdoor time. My goal is simple: to make sure your dog is safe, happy, exercised, and well cared for while you're away. I like to wake up early and start my day with a walk with the dogs. I work from home, so I have a flexible schedule and can easily fit walks throughout the day. Being active with dogs is already part of my daily routine. I keep my house clean, comfortable, and dog-friendly. I have several dog beds that are always kept clean, plenty of cozy spots to relax, and large windows where dogs can look outside and stay entertained throughout the day. They're welcome on the couch if that's what they're used to at home. I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise with long walks and outdoor time, then they can come back inside, cool off in the AC, and relax. My goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and at home while they're with me.

Before confirming booking I like to do meet and greets. This is to ensure both your 4 legged friend and I get along. Also I am allergic to cats so I can only accept bookings from folks without cats. I’m currently working from home so I have the perfect schedule to dog sit all day or take your dog for morning, afternoon, or evening walks. I will follow any instructions left by you on how to properly care for your dog. I want this to be a pleasant and seamless experience for both you and your dog.

I have loved & cared for dogs all my life from many of my own to friends & family pets as well. From puppies to senior care I have owned Great Danes, Sharpeis, Frenchies, Italian Greyhounds, Chihuahuas & many more. I always vibe well with dogs. I have the patience & experience on how to administer all type of medications, exercise, diets & special food. I work from home, which makes me available 24/7 -including holidays- and allows me to do dog boarding and day care. Therefore, you can be assured your pet will get all my love, attention as well as lots of play time. Our pets have access to the whole inside of the house in a very comfortable environment. I also have a fence-secured backyard, where they’re free to roam around with supervision at all times. I normally will let our dogs out in the yard about 3-5 times a day depending on the weather.
