Caring for your pet is a joyful privilege. In general, the key is to observe their body language and to communicate to their understanding of things which is the most interesting part of it. My job is to keep your loved pet safe and engaged while developing a relationship with them over time. I will take care of all their food and potty needs, keep them lots of company every day and engage with them throughout the day, and I will use my pet-caring experience and critical thinking skills to problem solve any rising issues with love. I work from home and therefore your pet is always in sight. All dogs and cats are given free range at home throughout the day and my household loves to give them attention. As a rule, we do not feed them human food and keep an eye on the them when the door is opened for visitors/etc, although it is hard to escape from there anyways (upper floor). During walks I will not be distracted by using my phone as you have to be alert for danger such as other dogs to avoid and stuff discarded on the floor. I will offer your pet Berkey-filtered water and I can also add chia seed water upon request. I am close to the airport in Miami and will send photos during the stay! ******I actually tend to have a serious allergy to poodle sort of breeds****** Thank you!

Juan was super responsive and helped facilitate watching my dog for a last-minute trip I had to take. Super easy to arrange pickups and drop-offs, and I would use his services again!
My pet obtained an injury to her face and eye while under his care and did not report nor care for her safety or needs. My pet also developed a bad anal rash with glands inflammation due to poop tangling with her hair and did not have the critical thinking to clear the area to prevent further development of redness and inflammation. My pet obtained a retinal detachment from the injury she obtained under his care that needed immediate vet care. My pet also needed IV rehydration while in the urgent care visit with the Vet after picking her up from boarding with him. In the Vets opinion my pet was critically dehydrated

Juan stepped up when my go-to sitter went away for summer college. my Frenchie (Sushi) had wonderful times! Juan was caring, reliable, and kept me updated throughout the stays. I would definitely book with Juan again. HIGHLY recommended!
Juan was absolutely great! We received regular updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Our dog was happy and well-cared for.

Schedule
I’m available for boarding throughout the month and, because I work from home, I can provide lots of company and many walks throughout the day, which I personally enjoy. Conveniently, I also live very centrally and close to the airport of Miami.

Safety, trust & environment
To care for a pet in a home environment, the first thing is to ensure the pet’s safety from escape and hazards, particularly the floor and small tables. It's important to know where they are and what they are up to at all times. Another important factor is to make sure for the sturdiness of their leash against sudden thrusts (please provide a good leash). As of today, I have never had any serious problem with the pets under my care because I understand how delicate it is to be in charge for their well-being. Finally, nobody understands a pet better than the parents so all communication is welcome and encouraged.
A typical day
For fun activities, I provide various walking routes and I will look after their day-to-day needs for each part of the day. I will also be around to provide lots of company and playtime, keeping them engaged throughout the day as I build a bond and trust with your pet.

- My main questions are: are they prone to rush out the front door at home when someone is at the door, are they potty trained/house trained, and do they sometimes perform sudden thrusts while out on a leash such as when they see another animal? I would appreciate if you could message me this information. Besides that, anything to understand about your pet including preferences, needs, suggestions is good to establish such as their day-to-day schedule, health, and how your pet interacts with other dogs/on walks.
