About: I completed the Dog Walking Academy in November 2018, provided by TipTopTails Training in Kalamazoo. Also completed Pet Tech CPR, First Aid and Care in November 2018. Having recently retired from WMU, I am looking forward to spending time with your dog(s) or cat(s) and earning some extra income. I have been a dog owner all of my life, my husband and I currently have one American Staffordshire Terrier rescue named Mazzie who is three years old. I am available to come to your home to visit with and care for your pets, I am not able to house your animals at my home during the day or overnight. Eventually, these services may also be available. I have experience with dogs who need daily medications (insulin, seizure meds) or those with chronic issues. I am available to care for your pet(s) in your home while you are away for the day or on vacation. I am retired from WMU and have fairly open days and evenings. I am not able to do overnights at this time. I have had many dogs and right now we have adopted a new rescue dog, a Staffordshire terrier who is about 3 years old. For that reason, I do not bring your animals to my home, I come to you.

About: Hi! I love animals and feel as thought they enjoy our company as much as we enjoy theirs. I have had my family dog for over 12 years. I have a cat and have taken care of livestock. Dogs need exercise and sunshine just like we do! This is why I love taking dogs on walks, they get so happy. This is why I love Rover! if the owner isn't able to be with them the majority of the day due to work, the dog is still able to be outdoors, have company, and also be active! I am a student and also work part-time. In my free time I would love to get the opportunity to bond with animals and also stay active and enjoy the outdoors! I am an advocate for animals and believe that all animals deserve the same love and attention. I am not biased based on breeds. Knowing the animals behaviors and attitudes is very important when assessing if the dog is anxious, nervous, scared, happy, etc.

“I have watched Erin with her dog, a rescue dog that was 8 months old at the time she purchased him. There were some behavioral challenges that Erin handled very well. Her calm demeanor has really helped to raise her dog that is now two years old. She has worked with him and he is being well trained. Her style is firm, and she also heaps praise on her dog when he does well. She has also watched our two dogs many times, and they are always happy to see her. She plays with them as long as they will play, and exercises them regularly when she watches them. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Erin as a dog sitter. About: I have been a cat owner almost my whole life. I love cat personalities, quirks, and kisses. I cannot imagine life without a cat in my family. I even have a cat tattoo! I am newer to dog care, but I have been caring for my GSD for 3 years. I trained her as a puppy, walk her daily, and I am her primary care giver. My dog is rambunctious and can be overwhelming so I am not easily intimidated. I love walking with her so much that I would love to walk your dog as well! I work two part time jobs with fixed schedules. I know exactly when I’ll be free so I can plan to care for your animals. I will be respectful of a client’s home, doing only what is asked of me and going only where needed. I take pet safety very seriously since I know how much I want my own to be safe. I am a good communicator and will contact clients with any updates needed
