Kaitlyn S.
“Kaitlyn has been watching my pets, including my dogs and cat, for years now. She has always done a wonderful job. I can’t express how much I recommend Kaitlyn as a pet caregiver.”

Rachel B.

“Thank you tons!! She just met my dog and was aware enough to see that he was bothered by the bad weather so she kept it short and stayed near the house to get his energy out and gave him plenty of chances despite the weather to potty. The puppy is a bundle of crazy energy and Rachel handled it like a champ when sitting inside with him, and gave me a summary of the visit/pictures. Will be asking to walk again. Thanks tons!?”

“For Megan, a dog isn’t just a pet. It is part of the family. She is gentle and caring but firm with rules. So much better than boarding my dog because she takes away the anxiety of being in a kennel. My dog Max loves her!”

About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was young, that led me to working in veterinary offices in high school and college years. Owned daycares for 15 years and in retirement I’m looking to get back to caring for animals. If you have an older pet with extra care needs is not a problem for me. In your home care available for minimal distruptiin to your pets life or your dog can join my pack for a dog park like experience! I’m on 3.5 wooded lot so most dogs are happy to stay near the home and watch the chickens. I can put an electric fence collar on any if parent feels they are runners. Lol. Retired and home most days. Gone some evenings for social things. I love being outside myself and dogs go in and out multiple times a day. I live on 3.5 acre wooded lot. House being tucked back in the woods means most dogs don’t try to run. If anything the dogs go for the chickens but no one has caught one yet! Lol. We have an electric fence collar to put on with owner’s permission. Do have cats in the home but they can be separated from main house area if a dog doesn’t like them. Otherwise coming to our house is like a day at the dog park with friends galore! Golden mom and son duo are always here and very sweet. Moose is 3 and still full of play! Rilee is slowing down but has her times where she jumps in the action. She is known to put herself between dog arguments and settle that nonsense before I make it across the yard. I understand dog behavior and pack pecking order well and can help new dogs find their comfort zone in group settings. We don’t crate ours but happy to crate any pups that are use to that.

Erin N.
“I’d highly recommend Erin N., as she has always been very responsible & truly loving when taking care of her own cats & dogs over the years. She also has a vet tech degree from MSU because of her love of animals, so I know that you’d be happy to have her working for you, & she would love this job a lot!!!”

Mallory W.
“I have known Mallory for over 2 years now. Among many attributes she possesses, politeness, happiness, and caring are the ones that stand out. As far as her animal love goes, Mallory has an Australian Sheppard named Baylee and a Corgi named Marcie as a pet. If you know Mallory in person, you can attest that her love for animals is the greatest. She will always make time from her busy schedule to take them out for walks or other activities, such as meeting other dogs or going for a swim at the beach. Furthermore, she is always very attentive to their health and takes them regularly to the vet to ensure that her pets are in good shape. Mallory is a great people person, she is always willing to meet new people and treat them with respect. Mallory would be a perfect candidate for caring for your pets because she is loving, caring, and very respectful to other people and pets.”

About: I have a Bachelor’s in Zoology. I was a zookeeper for 8yrs, vet assistant for 2yrs, manager of a boarding/daycare facility, manager of a veterinary clinic kennel and manager of a dog rescue. I’ve done it all! Medicate. Groom. Feed. Socialize. Exercise. Train. I am currently in the process of finding a new job, so my schedule is very flexible. My two daughters are in school full time also, so my days are very open. I have a fenced yard where I socialize my dog with other dogs regularly. I clip nails, bathe, feed and medicate my dog, 2 cats and care for my fish!

Anna C.
“Anna is an excellent pet sitter, I hired her to come and sit my mother’s dogs back when my mother had ten dogs, 3 large dogs and 7 small ones. The large ones had just been neutered and she instructed Anna to keep and eye on them, so that they would not lick themselves and cause an infection. Everything was perfect when she got back home. My mother had also requested Anna to try and give all the dogs their medicine since she often had trouble with the dogs taking there medicine, and she complied with that as well. She was also able to give timely updates as well as picture and video of when the dogs where doing cute stuff, like sleeping on top and next to each other. 10 of 10, have hired her many times after that for both my mother and I.”

Dominique Y.

“ Dominique is a gifted animal-caregiver who takes extra special care of our dog Harley. She is dependable in her work, and loving in her interactions with our dog. We trust Dominique to walk our dog and have had her stay overnight with Harley when we have gone out of town. She is a trustworthy person and our dog's best friend!”

Holly M.
“Holly is very compassionate with all animals. She is loving and attentive. Our cat absolutley loves her and he doesn't like anyone! I highly recommend her for the care of your pet!”

Hunter C.
“I hired Hunter to house sit my 2 dogs over a weekend and he was phenomenal. He was frequently sending me check-ins with a bunch of photos and videos of my dogs playing, which I really appreciated. I’m bilingual, and my dogs are mostly used to Spanish commands, since that what we mostly used. He was able to help us continue to enforce those command words since he’s also bilingual. Our dogs weren’t completely house trained at this point but he made sure to clean up all the mess, even went as far as mopping the house for us. All in all I he did a great job and we still use him to this day. 10/10 would recommend.”

Theresa D.

“An absolute wonderful person to watch after your pet! She was so loving toward Charlie and he had an absolutely blast with her while I was out of town. Big thanks to Theresa!”

Mckensi A.

“Mckensi did great with my dog! Good communication and my dog seemed to have fun on their walks. I definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future!”

Destiny E.
About: Hi! My name is Destiny, I have such a strong love and passion for our fur babies and pet care is what I will always want to do long-term. I have been working on Rover for a little while but also have other previous experiences from owning various pets of my own such as dogs, cats, bunnies and fish. As well as working at a veterinary clinic, volunteering and fostering at rescues. I can’t wait to meet all of your amazing animal friends and take great care of them while you're away. I'm currently only working part-time so I'll have plenty of time to play and care for your fur babies! Days unavailable due to other obligations will be reflected upon the calendar provided through Rover. Please don't be afraid to ask either way! :) I will keep your fur babies safe by keeping in touch frequently including pictures and/or videos. Following all directions provided by the owner. Keep them active with plenty of play time as well as supervised outdoor play time, walks and if your fur baby is in need of another pup friend I do have a very friendly/social mini goldendoodle pup of my own I can bring by for some supervised playtime (he would need to be brought by to the meet and greet to ensure the safety of both pups)!

Alison P.
“Alison will take care of your pet like they’re her own - she’s a loving dog mom to any dog she meets. She’s the best!”

Victoria R.
“Some people are just natural animal lovers. I see it every time Victoria interacts with our dog and two cats. You can tell she really cares and genuinely is happy to see them. Our dog absolutely loves her and he is very skittish around people. We trust her with our pets completely.”

Aubrey R.
“Aubrey is the sweetest, most loving and patient young lady with my fur baby! He always comes home happy and tired. I would not want to leave him with anyone else.”
