This includes feeding them on schedule, providing fresh water, administering medications (if needed), cleaning litter boxes or taking them for potty breaks, playtime and walks for exercise, and plenty of love and attention to keep them happy and healthy. For overnight stays, I also provide comfortable sleeping arrangements and monitor them throughout the night.

I love keeping pets happy and engaged with activities tailored to their personality and energy. For dogs, I enjoy playing fetch, going on walks, and practicing basic training or tricks. For cats, I offer interactive play with toys like feather wands or laser pointers. With parrots and other pets, I focus on gentle handling, mental stimulation through puzzles or treats, and lots of positive interaction. My goal is always to make sure every pet feels loved, active, and entertained while in my care.

I’ve always been surrounded by animals—from my grandma in Tennessee who cared for a wolf and multiple cats, to my cousin who has had countless dogs, cats, rabbits, and more. Growing up in such a loving, animal-filled environment shaped my passion and deep understanding of pets. Since I was 5, I’ve cared for various pets—hermit crabs, a black-and-white cat named Sammy when I was 6, a Black Labrador at 8, a parrot at 10, and more dogs through my teenage years. At 18, I took care of my uncle’s dog as well. I’ve also read hundreds of books about dogs, cats, and parrots to better understand their behavior and needs. My favorite animals are dogs, parrots, and ferrets, and I bring genuine love, patience, and knowledge to every pet I care for. I treat each animal like family, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away.

Peanut had a fun time on his walk with Brenden. When he got back peanut was so warn out. Would book again with Brenden!!
Brenden did well for his weekend boarding of our dog, though caused concern at the last day when he had slept through our pick up time and his phone was off. It was also clear that Pickles hadn't been let out yet that morning, until 11:30 when we woke everyone by banging on the door. This may have been an isolated mistake, but we were worried.
Brenden was amazing with my Pom. He would take pictures of my dog, he would communicate in a timely manner and with professionals and he would talk him on many walks. It really showed he loves his job. He was very accommodating with me when i told him about my dogs medicine. It really seemed like my dog enjoyed his stay with Brenden. I will rebook with him soon!
Brendan did a fantastic job of taking care of my two pooches! He took them on walks, fed them according to schedule, and gave Reign her medication in a timely manner. I will be definitely using Brendan again.
